(b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface & hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer . (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying a coat of bituminious Aluminium Paint over APP Membrane. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M&L for sub main wiring in replacement of using four single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm FRLS of voltage rating upto and concealed in wall including 1100 Volts drawn in and including recessed PVC conduit of dia not less than 32mm with standard accessories, along-with two run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Four run of single core PVC cable with two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.) (ii) Cost of making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
