Ser Item No 18 contd../- NOTE : (a) Panel shall be fitted with chromium plated brass name plate engraved with current rating of the panel and indicating whether it is transformer control panel or otherwise as applicable. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be plastered with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover 1 : 2 : 4 ,type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing . (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders,aggragates,gravel etc. (iv) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be also be deemed to include Supply of charcoal and common salt.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/repairs to damaged road/footpath/plinth for panels etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in repair to footpath/hard standing/plinth for panels etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Sintex PVC boxes of suitable size with and including 10 cm long aluminium bus bar of size 20x3 mm size 4 Nos mounted on porcelain insulators including one No. MCB SPN, ‘C’ series, 5/6 Amps and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5 mm flat iron GI clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance not exc 50 mtr etc complete all as specified

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mannual boring and including supply and laying insertion of HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable etc. all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment

M&L bricks for cover underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class 'B' bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel outdoor type IP-54 protection as per IS-2147 CPRI approved (Design approved assembly) suitable for AC supply 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz having dust and vermin proof MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable appropriate size complete powder coated externally and internally after carrying out pre coating seven tank process, thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 80 micron.
