Taking down old serviceable flame proof sockets/distribution boards from wall or from any position and re-fixing the same at location as directed by GE all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of wireless IoT System having BLE 5.2 AES 128 Bit encryption based 32 child DALI controller and analog 2 channel (0-10V) output, operates on 100-277 VAC, 10-30mA, 50Hz, DALI 2.0 protocol. Sensor input of 0-3V DC & 1mA. For analog dimming, It provides output voltage of 0-10V DC +/- 0.2V and 15mA per channel. For DALI output, it provides 12-20V DC and 160mA max for 32 DALI devices. An auxillary power output of 3.3VDC and 30mA. 0 - 100% dimming, device to device range 45m. M&L for Maintenance free earthing with 17.2mm dia minimum 3m length copper coated (Minimum 200 Micron) earth electrode with 65 mmx10mm, 3mm thickness copper coated flat with holeson the top of the copper bonded rod for connecting the copper earth strip. The cost includes drilling a hole of 85mm in diameter using mechanical / hydrolic boring /drilling. The copper bonded electrode to be placed in the hole and surrounding area shall be filled with EEM (Earth Enhancing Material) with the suggested proportion of excavated soil. The copper bonded electrode is to be connected with 25 mmx3mm copper strip using a copper / brass nut bolt of size 8 mm with copper washer near top end of earth electrode is to be connected to copper strip 25mmx3mm as main earthing lead using copper brass bolt nuts washer chech nuts and strip firmly, earth lead to be connected to earth test point made of phosphorous broze / gunmetal of size 75mmx75mmx25mm drill and screwed including 03No 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate for inspection chamber (earth pit) of size 300mmx300mminternal with 100mm thick at side i.e total 500mmx500mm outer side & 300mm depth with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 No both way with 12mm dia round bar handle etc including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The achieved earth value shall be less than 01ohm. The cost of calculating the earth resistivity of the particular site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The quantity of earthing for achieving an earthing value less than 01ohm will be decided by the value earth resistivity. (ii) The cost of earth leads up to and including 7.5 meter only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead, if any required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' (iii) The earth enhancing material (EEM) shall comply with the specification as mentioned in PS. Relevant test certificate as per EC62561-7 & other standard should be tested at any recognized National Test Laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL and MSME as approved by GE. The list of tests shall be done as given in PS. (iv) The resistance value shall be recorded in the presence of the User and Engr-in-Charge and value shall be sustained for a period of a minimum of 10 Years. The contractor shall a Certificate from OEM in this connection.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT Panel board, indoor type, of suitable size platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 1000 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 54 class protection and made of 2.0 mm CRCA MS sheet and 60x60x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after the seven tank surface treatment, front /back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing 2 Nos. danger notice plate of size 20x15 cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. M & L for disconnecting the existing 240 Sqmm 3.5 core LT UG cables from the LT Panel and fixing both the Cables at outgoing of AMF Panel along with all necessary connecting materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning ISOLATION TRANSFORMER Indoor type- suitable for IP 23 enclosure, 415 volts at no load AC 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 160 KVA, core type double copper wound ONAN cooled Oil immersed delta connected on primary side and star connected on secondary side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-II (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +5% in steps of 2.5% by means of off circuit tap link board. The maximum temperature rise 115 degree calsius by winding resistance method after continuous full load on an ambient temp of 50 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be confirming to IS: 1180: 2014 and shall comprise of the following:- (a) Rating and diagram plate. (b) Two earthing terminals in two side. (c) Lifting lugs .(d) Off circuit link board. (e) Base channel with Bi- directional Rollers. (f) Danger board (g) 100 mm dial type thermometer. (h) Cable entry boxes etc complete as reqd.

Supply, commissioning erecting and testing complete of OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 400 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, of adequate capacity for 8 hrs running fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Gwalior (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement and 0.5m height) as per manufacturer recommendation, anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, confirming to emision norms (No + HC 4.0,Gm/kwhr CO 3.5 gm/kwhr, PM 0.2 gm/kwhr, smoke limit 2.7 m -1) including all feature to comply with latest CPCB 4+ guidelines and comprising of followings:- DIESEL ENGINE: Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 400 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Gwalior ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. ALTERNATOR : shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 400KVA continous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition. Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed. (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

M&L for earthing with copper plate 600x600x3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to copper stip 20x3mm by means of copper/brass nut, bolt duly brazed earth strip protected with 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe from electrode and upto and including watering pipe medium grade 15mm bore GI pipe including funnel, wire mesh, providing alternate layer of 150mm th each charcoal and salt upto 1.2mtr, PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. M&L for 30 to 35mm thick Duct flooring of Anti Static laminated Steel cementitious Pannel with PVC edge beading of size 600x600mm (10 % of total number of tiles used should be perfoated tiles ) with grid system made of Padestal assembly MS Zinc coated tubular pipesfor 600mm finish floor height, Padestal base plate, Head assembly, check nut for level adjustments, GI olded stringers with embossed ribs on 3 sides , jack plate, Base plates fixed to floor with fastners with complete installation by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
