Supply and installation of 100 kVA, 33/0.433 kV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed Copper wound outdoor type step down transformer, Level III type complete with first filling of IS: 335 ISI Marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 positions off circuit tap changer (tapping range +7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector Group dyn-11. (a) Transformer shall be oil immersed, naturally cooled, copper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cooled tank with first fill of transformer oil plus spare oil (five percentage) capacity) as per IS 335 of 1980 with cooling system. The temperature of oil shall not be raised more than 50 degree centigrade to ambient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint as per IS- 632. (b) The transformer shall be provided with the following: - (i) Rating and diagram (terminal marking) plate (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing (iii) Cover lifting eye and transformer lifting lugs. Disconnecting and taking out XLPE cable of any description and from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE cable, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11kV grade of size 3 core 300 Sqmm terminated to LV box or panel along with suitable cable glands and lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm, Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out GOD of any description and from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated air-break switch, tilting type, 11kV of current rating up to 400 Amps, triple pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, nonferrous knife and spray, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dripped galvanized and nonferrous heavily tinned to with stand weather and suitable for vertical mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Lighting arrestors of any description and from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of transmission class lightening arrestor 33 kV of Discharge capacity 65 kA NDC confirming to EC-99 - 41/1990 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Current Transformer (CT) of any description and from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cast resin type 33 KV, single phase, outdoor oil cooled Current Transformer (CT) of ratio 200-100/5-5 Amp having protection core class 1.0 / 5P10, burden 15 VA and installation level 70 KV/170 KV as per IS 2075 and S&F for Bimetallic connector and suitable conductor (Dog/Penther) and PG Clamps for connection from Busbar to CT, PT, Transformer up to Two pole structure including S & F for HT sleeves as per colour code (R, Y, B) all as specified and directed. (a) The Current transformer shall be provided with the following: - (i) Rating and diagram (terminal marking) plate (ii) Lifting lugs (iii) Thermometer pocket (iv) Air release hole with plug (v) Oil level gauge (vi) Drain-cum-sampling value. (vii) Oil temperature indicator. (viii) Latest Technology (viii) Suitable for 33/11 KV Transformer as per OEM Specifications Note: M&L for repair /Addn Altn to existing structure for fixing of above CT in existing platform deemed to be included in above quoted rate. Disconnecting and taking out existing Potential transformer (PT) of any description and from any position all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cast resin type 33 kV Potential transformer (PT) of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 33 kV single phase outdoor oil cooled potential transformer as per IS 3156 all as specified and directed. (a) The Potential transformer shall be provided with the following: - (i) Rating and diagram (terminal marking) plate (ii) Lifting lugs (iii) Thermometer pocket (iv) Air release hole with plug (v) Oil level gauge (vi) Drain-cum-sampling value (vii) Oil temperature indicator. (viii) Latest Technology (viii) Suitable for 33/11 KV Transformer as per OEM Specifications Note: M&L for repair /Addn Altn to existing structure for fixing of above PT in existing platform deemed to be included in above quoted rate. No additional payment will be made for making additional arrangement for fixing of above PT.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volt grade electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (heavy duty) ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor gross sectional area 70Sqmm, 3.5core laid in trenches/ duct/ pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earthwork & excavation shall be measured & paid separetely under respective items)

Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT 1100 volt grade electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (heavy duty) ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor gross sectional area 25Sqmm, 4core laid in trenches/ duct/ pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earthwork & excavation shall be measured & paid separetely under respective items)

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable control cable any size any description and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm 16 core copper conductor armoured cable connecting the cable in positioning properly by providing suitable new copper lugs, bolts & Nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable control cable any size any description and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT 1100 volts 4 Sqmm 8 core copper conductor armoured cable connecting the cable in positioning properly by providing suitable new copper lugs, bolts & Nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Outdoor type Distribution box suitable for control wiring from CT & PT through VCBs for 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated internally and externally suitable busbar box of any type and in any position on poles or fixed in the plinth suitable size and IP 54 protection. The box shall be provided with and including 10 cm long copper busbar of size 20x3 mm size 2 Nos mounted on porcelain insulators and connecting the busbars to cables with and including suitable copper nut, bolts and washers and copper lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5 mm GI clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggragates, gravel etc. (iv) The rate quoted by the bidders shall also be deemed to include supply of charcoal and common salt.

Supply & Fix 100 mm bore light grade galvanized iron tubing ISI marked including all fittings etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall with protection pipe complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable etc. all as specified and directed including taking out existing cable protection brick cover etc.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced precast, factory made, flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks cover for underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class 'B' bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured separately).

M&L for of hardcore broken stone/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, to a true surface at the places complete all as specified and directed.
