M & L for overhauling of complete of DG set by disconnecting and removing the following parts from the engine, and refixing/re-assembling the new parts on site/workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Bearing,coonecting rod (c) seal,oil (d) Seal, O ring (e) Sender-pressure (f) Valve,exhaust (g) collet valve (h) spring, valve (i) Gasket Cylinder head (j) Camshaft (k) Kit, Engine piston (l) Cover, accessory drive (m) Injector (n) Pin, Piston (o) Retainer , Valve spring (p) Gasket, Gear cover (q) Sensor-Temperature. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of transporting of the complete engine to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.

M&L in repair for necessary PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 ,40 mm graded aggregate for foundation of DG Set, AMF Panel,Pathway to DG Set for making the smooth access from Road complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of DG Set, AMF Panel,Pathway to DG Set for making the smooth access from Road complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including M&L for changing of V-belts, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure , oil temprature , coolent temprature, frequency , load current , battery charging , fuel consumption etc complete all as spicified and directed by Enginner in Charge for 125 KVA D G set . Make - Cummins with AMF Panel. Location - TROPO

All as per Item No. 9 here-in -before but for : 30 KVA DG set , Location : Logistic sec. Make :- ` Kirloskar with AMF panel Note for BOQ Item No 9.00 & 10.00 1. Engine oil for refilling will be measured and paid Seprately 2. Coolant for make up will be measured & paid separately 3. DHPP will be issued by dept for testing and top up in tank only. 4. The Make of Fuel filter , Oil Filter , V belt & component will be as per existing or suitable make. 5.Spray painting of DG set as per existing colour including preparation of old surfaces all as directed by Engineer -in -Charge. 6. The rate quoted against item No. 1.00 to 12.00 is deemed to be inclusive of any break down attendance / rectification during contract period with in 72 hours of complaint received. failing which penalty @ 3000.00 per day will be recoverd from work done statemenet till rectification . 7. A register for record of servicing & break down attendence shall be maintained by contract duly signed by JE /Engineer-in -Charge. 8. Cost of spares & labour charges for attending break down shall be paid under relevant item of this schedule here in after.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking out the complete Alternator assembly of 400-500 KVA DG Set , taking out to the workshop, removing of complete burnt out copper coil , clean the field surface of the coil ,rewinding of approved suitable gauge super enamel insulated copper winding wire with necessary insulating materials, warnishing , drying out , reassembling and bring back to orgins at installation and re-assembling /re-fixing the complete set, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in replacement of SMPS based Battery charger module 24/12 volt 15/20A Amps having CC,CV, trickle,float and boost charging mode suitable for AMF Panels of DG Set100/125 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fixing in repalacement of proximity Magnetic pickup for sensing RPM of DG set 250/320 KVA capacity with existing model complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking out and rewinding of Alternator startor assembly of 125 KVA DG Set and rewinding of approved suitable gauge super enamel insulated copper winding wire with necessary insulating materials reassembling and transportation to workshop and bring back to orgins at installation and fixing,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking out and rewinding of Excitation field coil of 500 KVA DG Set and rewinding of approved suitable gauge super enamel insulated copper winding wire with necessary insulating materials, replacement of suitable bearing, reassembling and transportation to workshop and bring back to orgins at installation and fixing,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Actuator ETR fuel control unit of cummins/Kirloskar make DG sets of 320-380 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Water pump assembly of generator set of capacity 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement engine electronic (instrumentation) digital panel comprising of starting switch ON/OFF water temp display, hour meter cum RPM display, lubricant oil pressure display, lubricant oil tempreture display, battery charing display, safety alarm against high water temp and lubricant oil pressure for cummins/Kirloskar make DG Set of 250-380KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacment of AMF Power contactor , 4 pole, 415 Volts, 600 Amps, 50 Hz, AC , with 2 NO and 2 NC contacts including any modification to existing panel frame size and fixing new contactor with connecting bars to the main busbar, incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacment of AMF Power contactor , 4 pole, 415 Volts, 400 Amps, 50 Hz, AC , with 2 NO and 2 NC contacts including any modification to existing panel frame size and fixing new contactor with connecting bars to the main busbar, incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Repair / overhauling radiator assembly of DG set by disconnecting and removing from the engine, dismantling the top and bottom chambers, descaling the sediments, scales, corrosion etc. by means of acid, cleaning and high pressure water washing, air cleaning, re-assembling the same with new gaskets including arresting leakages, if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses, clips etc of 100 to 200 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode (600x600x6)mm thick buried directly in ground ( (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip ( 32x6 )mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. (iv) Required qty of insulators are deemed to be included in the quoted rate
