Past Performance: - 80% - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. - The bidder should have supplied same or similar category products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for these requirements are: * 3 years (experience criteria) * 80% (past performance) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: * Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR. * OEM Authorization Certificate * Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made (if the bidder wants to avail purchase preference) * Udyam Registration (for MSEs to avail purchase preference)
