Supply of 4 way FLP JBs of approved make duly approved by PESO for usage in Hazardous Area - Zone I with PESO Approved FLP Glands of suitable size, complete as required for termination of cable inside the JBs. These JBs to be installed at each bay of TLD for incoming supply to earthing relays from header cable.

Erection Works

Horizontal and vertical laying of XLPE / PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed cables 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes in readymade concrete or soil trenches, trays, risers, support hangers, saddles etc., pulling through pipe on walls, floors and columns, steel structures including transportation from stores to site, unpacking, erection, dressing including supply and fixing of aluminum tags for identification of cable at both ends and at every 30 meter interval, providing GI saddles, saddle bars GI / Al clamps for cables laid vertically on walls / column / structures etc., GI bolts,nuts and washers,lugs of appropriate size etc.,complete with all labour, material and as per specification enclosed and direction of site in-charge, excluding supply of cables. Item also includes laying and fixing of supplied cable trays wherever required complete as per instructions of LIC.

Welding of supplied WNRF 300 Sch BO: Job includes erection of pipes, fittings, flanges, nut, studs, gaskets etc. Transportation from OWNER/ VENDOR'S stores/storage polnts to shop/site, installation in position by threading, bolting or welding as per drawings, specifications, standards/ codes, instructions of Owner /Owner's representative and scope of work along with supplying and fixing of Metallic Spiral Wound gaskets (with 100% spare quantity for replacement after hydrotesting) confirm to SS 316 with Graphite fill as per ASME B16.20, nuts & stud bolts confirm to ASTM A194-2H & ASTM A193B-7 respectively. Rates shall also Include the cost of supply of stud nuts, washers, gaskets, supervision, labor, overhead /profits, materials in Vendors scope, Hydrostatic testing of spool pieces before Installation wherever required and other associated arrangements required to execute all the related activities. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of supervision, labour, overheads/profits, material which are in vendor's scope, consumables, conditions listed in preamble / scope of work arnd other associated arrangernents required for the work to be completed as per the existing site conditions including the shut down jobs in a working/ operating LPG Plant. Shifting, positioning, cutting pipe line as necessary, laying the pipelines above ground at all elevations, manifold connections to existing manifolds / pipelines as per the tentative layout and welding, handling laying with flanges, bends, elbows, tees, reducers etc. alligning the pipeline as per good engineering practices and instructions of IOCL. This item also Includes supply and erection of studs, washers, nuts and gaskets, bonding jumpers of 30 mm wide 6 mm thk Gl strips. Note: Required Electrical power and water shall be arranged at one place and it's successful bldder's responsibility to lay required cables/hoses/pipes etc., as required for the work.

Erection of supplied ROVS with all electrical, pneumatic and flange connections complete

Radiography of all the joints

Supply, cutting, welding, fabrication and erection in place for structural steel stands, brackets etc., for installation of JBs, Cable Trays, etc., as per instructions of EIC complete with fasteners, anchor bolts etc., as required for erection of stands / brackets.

Testing and commissioning of entire earthing system complete for the TLD Gantry of 8 Bays, along with of cable trays inside and outside TLD Bays up to ROVs, fixing and laying of supplied cable trays complete as per instructions of site engineer. The item also includes fixing FLP Glands, supply and providing PESO approved FLP dummies of required size of unused cable entries in FLP JBs, termination of cables/wires, earthing for the JBs as per Instruction of EIC with the nearest earth bus bar,
