RCC FENCING POLES Type - Straight Length - 2.00 Meter Dimensions - Bottom 10x10 cm square, Top 8x8 cm square. Cement Concrete Mix -Cement, Sand and metal ratio 1:2:4 with 12.5 nominal size coarse aggregate. Sand used should be free from clay and salt. Concrete mix shall be conforming to grade M-15 of IS:456:2000 Reinforcement - 4 round vertical bars of 6 mm diameter. 11 no. of stirrups of 6 mm diameter round MS bars 20 cm center to center. Hooks - 5 no., bottom hook should be provided 60 cm above the bottom of the poles, second at 82.5 cm, third hook 112.5 cm. fourth hook at 150cm, top and fifth hook at 195 cm from bottom. Manufacturing - In order to ensure desired compressive strength, RCC fencing poles should be compacted with the help of platform vibrators, Surface should be uniform and free from voids. The concrete cover over the reinforcement should not be less than 1.5 cm.

Cement Concrete Mix -Cement, Sand and metal ratio 1:2:4 with 12.5 nominal size coarse aggregate. Sand used should be free from clay and salt. Concrete mix shall be conforming to grade M-15 of IS:456:2000 Reinforcement - 4 round vertical bars of 6 mm diameter. 13 nos. of stirrups of 6 mm diameter round MS bars 25 cm center to center. Hooks - 7 no.,Top hook should be provided 100 cm below the top of poles, and bottom hook should be provided 500 cm above the bottom of poles. The central distance between the top and bottom hooks shall be equally divided to fix remaining hooks. Manufacturing - In order to ensure desired compressive strength, RCC fencing poles should be compacted with the help of platform vibrators, Surface should be uniform and free from voids. The concrete cover over the reinforcement should not be less than 1.5 cm.

PRE STRESSED RCC FENCING POLES Type - Straight Length - 2.00 Meter, Dimensions - 10x10 cm square, Cement Concrete Mix -Concrete mix shall be conforming to grade M-15 of IS:456:2000. Reinforcement - There Shall be 4 Nos. of Vertical reinforcement of high tesile steel wire of 4mm dia. Holes & Hooks - 6 nos., bottom hole should be provided 50 cm above the bottom of the poles, The central distance betbeen the top and bottom holes shall be equally divided for remaining holes. J Hook shall be of 6mm dia MS Bar wth proper threads at one end and nut and washer for tightening purpose. These J bolts shall be pass through the holes of poles. Manufacturing - In order to ensure desired compressive strength, RCC fencing poles should be compacted with the help of platform vibrators, Surface should be uniform and free from voids. The concrete cover over the reinforcement should not be less than 1.5 cm. Standard - Conforming to IS 4996:1984 with up to date amendments.
