The bidder should have rendered architectural and consultancy services/executed as minimum three similar nature of works of costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the project cost put to tender or two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the project cost put to tender or one similar work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the project cost put to tender. The required prior work experience values are: - 40% of the project cost: 1,777,658 - 60% of the project cost: 2,666,487 - 80% of the project cost: 3,555,316 The bidder should have experience of Architectural – Cum-Consultancy services in India, in the field of Multi storeyed building constructions. The details of the works should be furnished in a specific format, including the name of the client, description of the project, project completion cost, date of commencement, and actual date of completion. The bidder should submit copies of experience certificates of successful completion of work of the required amount, along with copies of letters of award/completion certificates. In case of experience in the private sector, Form 26 AS, revealing the payment done and TDS deducted by the client, must be submitted along with the experience certificate.
