Values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements include: 1. 90% - the minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity at the end of 10 years. 2. 80% - the minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity at the end of 25 years. 3. 25% - the percentage by which the purchaser can increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered. 4. 180 km/h - the regional wind withstand capacity that the mounting structure of the PV system must support. 5. 45 deg. C - minimum expected ambient temperature for panels. 6. 1 year - product warranty undertaking. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1.
