Material and labour for providing 100mm spread thickness Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, including Use and waste of form work/screed strips, finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc…. even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete, type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as top/wearing layer, by mixing integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, levelling the top surface, including use and waste of formwork, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and finishing exposed edges fair or founding or chamfering of exposed edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for excavating in soft/loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, including Use and waste of form work as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materiasl and labour for PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI pipes, 150 mm dia as in poles for basketball backboard support structure all as per sport authority of India (SAI), including necessary welding and buffing of joints to obtain monolithic finish, providing necessary framework for fixing the backboards using approved MS sections and painting with two coats of epoxy enamel paint (Polyurethene based) over a coat of epoxy primer, including fixing of Acrylic Fibre transparent Basketball Boards of size 1800 mm x 1050 mm, thickness exceeding 25 mm, including 450 mm dia basket ball ring made of 18 mm dia solid steel, suitably fixed to backboard, including basketball nets suspended from the rings with a minimum of 12 loops, of length not less than 400 mm, and including all necessary fixing arrangements required for fixing to the backboard support structure/ framework and making 50 mm wide painted markings on the acrylic boards as specified/ as per standards, complete all as per manufactures instructions and as per standards stipulated by FIBA/NBA/ISA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rates quoted are deemed to include for erecting one pair of basketball poles, i.e. 02 Nos, including all connecting fittings & accessories as per the standards specified by FIBA/NBA/ISA. (b) All steel/iron structures are to be provided with two coats of epoxy enamel paint (Polyurethane based) over a coat of epoxy primer. (c) Earthwork for foundation and foundation concrete shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) Rates are deemed to included for base plates to basketball poles as per manufactures instructions and as per standards.

Forming constraction joint 40 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with Garde "A" sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 25mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with Grade "A" sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying non-skidding acrylic floor painting to concrete floor surface plain coloured topping with matt or glossy over one coat of primer as in painting to basketball court complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc.. On roads pavements and the like not exc. 10cm wide road marking paint of any colour / tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Line painting shall stand out and solidly without showing signs of brush marks of surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained.
