Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS cable drawn in and including heavy duty steel conduit and its accessories laid concealed in wall/roof/floor etc including one run of 4 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire including cutting chases complete all as specified and as directed. Design,fabrication, supply installation testing and commissioning of LT panel indoor type suitable to be mounted on PCC foundation/floor/duct all as per site requirement with cable entry from bottom with removable gland plates with required knockouts for incoming and outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet folded and brazed as necessary to provide rigid support for all components totally enclosed and degree of protection shall be IP-54 with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders / components treated by seven tank process & powder coated with approved colour. Doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and/or rubber strips, locking arrangement durable door opening and closing mechanism, Aluminium bus bar for three phases and nuetral busbar insulators, heat shrinkable Pvc sleeves etc. with necessary interconnection as specified comprising of the following switch gear. Note : Contractor shall submit GA drg for approval of GE before placing order. (ii) Each switch gear shall be in separate cubicle. (iii) Cable alley shall be provided at side panel with adequate size width (iv) Each outgoing shall have Amp meter, CTs` ON /OFF indicator lamp. (For G+9 Block)
