Material and labour for 12.5m high galvanized mast suitable for 6 nos 120W LED flood light symmetrically fitted and having two point suspension system with steel wire rope of 6mm dia and double drum winch with luminare mounting arm, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike, power tools including RCC foundation complete with following :- (a) High Mast febricated from steel plates conforming to BS-EN 10025, steel plate 12 sided polygonal base dia 300mm and top dia 150mm, thickness 3mm. Mast are in two sections for 2.5m heights having every longitudinal weld conforming BS 5135/AWS. The Mast is provided with a fully penetrated flange which is free from any lamination or incursions. The welded connection of the base flange is fully developed to the strength of the entire section. The base flange is provide with supply mentry gussets between bolts whole to ensure elimination of helical stress concentration. For environmental protection of mast, the entire febricated mast is hot deep galvenised (single Dip internal and externally for bottom/top sections respectively. (b) An adequate door opening shall be provide at the base of the mast. The opening is such that it permits clear access to equipments life winch, cable, wire rope, plug and socket etc and also fecilited easy removal of the winch for serviing. The door opening is comple with a close fitting vandal resistant allen key locking with provision for external lock. The door opening is carefully designed and re-inforced with adecuate steel seciton so that the mast section at the base is unaffected, and undue buckling of the cut porsion is prevented under heavy wind condition. (c) Mast section is designed to sustain and assumed maximum reaction raising from wind speed as per IS 875 (Part 3) 1987 (3 second ) which is measured at a height of 10mtr above ground level.

(d) The high mast is provided with accessories which includes a raising and lowering system (R&L) trailing cable, power tool, feeder piller for automatic switching operation of luminaries, lighting finial and aviation obstuction warning light. (e) The R&L system will comprise of a double drum winch, SS wire ropes, head frame and lantern carriage. The winch is self lubricating and self sustaing type. It does not require any brake or clutch and has a liftng capacity of SWL 750 KGs. (f) The wire ropes are of stainless steel grade AIS1316 with minimum 6 mm diameter and 7/19 constuction. Its central cores is also SS and have a minimum breaking strength of 2350 KGs. The power tool is integral type suitable for handling total head load. It has a mechnical tork limiter to ensure safety and also a maual handle is provided. (g) Feeder Piller for LED fitting and cast aluminium control gear box (IP 55) shall be as per manufacture instruction. Foundation of the high mast structure shall be as per manucture design. (h) LED flood light 120 Watt - 06 Nos. (i) Double doom LED aviation light. (j) Necessary Solid Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) foundation including earth work excavation, RFR, removal etc as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as recommended by the OEM.
