Material and labour for providing Rolled mild steel angle sections, of anyb size, for strengthening of various structural members of Radar masts at height exceeding 10 meters and not exceeding 20 meters, as in verticals, cross ties, stiffners, gusset plates etc.. Including necessary welding to existing structural steel frame work, steel conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) of any size and thickness with rivetted bolted or welded attachment, suitably welded adequately to existing structural steel framework height exceeding 10 Mtrs but not exceeding 20 Mts of Radar lattice mast, steel confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 2nd class hardwood, clean, sawn boards of planks, 30 mm thick and width not exceeding 20 cms and suitably fixed as in landings of 30 Mtr high radar masts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation new wooden surfaces, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly welded surfaces and old corrugated mild steel surfaces of any description of Radar Masts of 30 Mtrs height, by suitably scrapping and removing loose, spalled and corroded steel pieces completely, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of fusion bonded epoxy enamel paint, in any tint, over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Berger paints (Epilux) or equivalent in Asian paints / Nerolac paints as approved by GE

Supply, laying and testing strandard aluminium conductor with 1100 volts grade heavy duty UG cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and pverall PVC sheathed LT UG cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables/ pipes/ erection of poles etc. all as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in, with excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with Sand in two layer,first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts for cable including consolidation of each layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Thickness of sand cusioning shall be measured after punning

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' brick for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix LED watch tower water proof remote control search light (heavy duty) voltage AC 120-220 V 50 Hz, lamp specification XHA xenon, 1000W, light output (lumine) 560K, angle of hunting pan 120 degrees complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: AJMERA or equivalent make & specifications as approved by Accepting Officer.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade, 25 sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including connecting with cable glands lugs etc. laid in trenches or fixed on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade with all fitting for protection of cable laid on road crossing, drain crossing, liad in floor of fixed to iron structure/pole etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 4 way double door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as on platform, shelves floors etc laid bended and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lobours only for machine pressed pre cast concrete inter locking paver block of any colour in any pattern/shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade laid in dry in including sand filling in joints properly etc with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 32 A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 12.5m high galvanized mast suitable for 6 nos 120W LED flood light symmetrically fitted and having two point suspension system with steel wire rope of 6mm dia and double drum winch with luminare mounting arm, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike, power tools including RCC foundation complete with following :- (a) High Mast febricated from steel plates conforming to BS-EN 10025, steel plate 12 sided polygonal base dia 300mm and top dia 150mm, thickness 3mm. Mast are in two sections for 2.5m heights having every longitudinal weld conforming BS 5135/AWS. The Mast is provided with a fully penetrated flange which is free from any lamination or incursions. The welded connection of the base flange is fully developed to the strength of the entire section. The base flange is provide with supply mentry gussets between bolts whole to ensure elimination of helical stress concentration. For environmental protection of mast, the entire febricated mast is hot deep galvenised (single Dip internal and externally for bottom/top sections respectively. (b) An adequate door opening shall be provide at the base of the mast. The opening is such that it permits clear access to equipments life winch, cable, wire rope, plug and socket etc and also fecilited easy removal of the winch for serviing. The door opening is comple with a close fitting vandal resistant allen key locking with provision for external lock. The door opening is carefully designed and re-inforced with adecuate steel seciton so that the mast section at the base is unaffected, and undue buckling of the cut porsion is prevented under heavy wind condition. (c) Mast section is designed to sustain and assumed maximum reaction raising from wind speed as per IS 875 (Part 3) 1987 (3 second ) which is measured at a height of 10mtr above ground level.

(d) The high mast is provided with accessories which includes a raising and lowering system (R&L) trailing cable, power tool, feeder piller for automatic switching operation of luminaries, lighting finial and aviation obstuction warning light. (e) The R&L system will comprise of a double drum winch, SS wire ropes, head frame and lantern carriage. The winch is self lubricating and self sustaing type. It does not require any brake or clutch and has a liftng capacity of SWL 750 KGs. (f) The wire ropes are of stainless steel grade AIS1316 with minimum 6 mm diameter and 7/19 constuction. Its central cores is also SS and have a minimum breaking strength of 2350 KGs. The power tool is integral type suitable for handling total head load. It has a mechnical tork limiter to ensure safety and also a maual handle is provided. (g) Feeder Piller for LED fitting and cast aluminium control gear box (IP 55) shall be as per manufacture instruction. Foundation of the high mast structure shall be as per manucture design. (h) LED flood light 120 Watt - 06 Nos. (i) Double doom LED aviation light. (j) Necessary Solid Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) foundation including earth work excavation, RFR, removal etc as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as recommended by the OEM.
