(vi) Periodic maintenance of all civil, electrical and mechanical components. (vii) Checking of earthing resistance values for all the equipments and maintain the register of earthing values on monthly basis signed by MES rep and Contractor.Repair maintenance of plant can be done through OEM only, contractor has to submit MoU between OEM and contractor to MES. (viii)Replacement cost of unserviceable spare parts (such as PV module,DC control box,control cable etc.) for smooth functioning of solar PV plant shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE FOR SECOND YEAR AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD Comprehensive maintnance of 40 KWp at INS Dweeprakshak consisting of following works:- (i) Cleaning of solar panels once in a three months (ii) Checking of electrical connections, electrical switch gears such as MCB, MCCBs, change over switches etc. (iii) Calibration of all mechanical & electrical sensors (iv) Checking the functionality of Inverter 50 KVA and repair if found any internal faults and diagnosing abnormal behaviour in the plant (v) Daily monitoring and recording all the electrical parameters such as AC and DC voltage current, power, AC (Load) power factor and checking the efficiency of solar cells on annual basis. (vi) Periodic maintenance of all civil, electrical and mechanical components. (vii) Checking of earthing resistance values for all the equipments and maintain the register of earthing values on monthly basis signed by MES rep and Contractor.Repair maintenance of plant can be done through OEM only, contractor has to submit MoU between OEM and contractor to MES. (viii)Replacement cost of unserviceable spare parts (such as PV module,DC control box,control cable etc.) for smooth functioning of solar PV plant shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
