Supply and laying, connecting and commissioning of 70 sqmm 3.5 core LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including connecting with suitable size of cable glands lugs etc laid in trenches or fixed on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and commissioning of 95 sqmm 3.5 core LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including connecting with suitable size of cable glands lugs etc laid in trenches or fixed on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and commissioning of 120 sqmm 3.5 core LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including connecting with suitable size of cable glands lugs etc laid in trenches or fixed on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms spread any type of soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with Sand in two layer,first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts for cable including consolidation of each layer complete all as specified.Note:Thickness of sand cusioning shall be measured after punning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

supply and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV 1 flat size of size 250x150x40 mm for LT Cable all sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing hardstanding not less than 25cm in deep and 45cm in width for laying of underground cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade ISI marked laid in trenches complete with all accessories such as Tees union , bend ,elbow nipple reducer etc as required for protection of UG Cable on floor ,Pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade ISI marked laid in trenches complete with all accessories such as Tees union , bend ,elbow nipple reducer etc as required for protection of UG Cable on floor ,Pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Distribution board VTPN 6 way Vertical type double door 415 Volts as per IP-43 with provision for 125 Amps MCCB as incomer and SP/SPN/TPN MCB as outgoing and electrically connected up complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 415V 125 Amps 16 kA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB TPN/FP 415V 63 Amps 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps 10 KA 240 V complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 - 32 Amps 10 KA 240 V complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6 mm size, by means nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron and 32x6 mm as earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangement CI funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion.

Supply and fix cable path indicator for LT cable made out of cast iron plate of 100 mm dia, 6 mm thick engraved with "LT 1100 volts" welded to MS angle 50x50x6mm, 75 cm long embedded in PCC block (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 30x30x30cm including painting with two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix FRP ( Fiber Reinforced Polymer composite) pole conical embeded type 6 mtr long along with 1000mm single arm FRP bracket including necessary foundation and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
