Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glazing with clips and rubber beading complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes as in CM 1:4 for laying of Kota stone sill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Door frame/Chowkats in 2nd class hardwood, plain, solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue painned at joints and additional rebate for fixing second shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutter wood is to be incorporated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix butt hinges 100mm medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 150mm aluminium handles, cast type anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 200 mm long Aluminium anodosied , barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt 250mm long with hasp staple (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound and finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing surface plasterd or un plasterd wall surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing surface plasterd or un plasterd wall surface and applying two caot of oil bond distamper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in stone/brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1;2:4 type B1 exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of Stainless steel of grade 304 (16702) , ASTM (86221) standard, welded types (12143) , ISO (20239) certified of size 50 x50 mm width or depth and outer dia 60.3mm of medium gradeed 2.5mm thick of stainless steel in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. At the top of the door spike should be provided for security pourpose for main Gate and shoud be provided a small inspection window for viewing outside of the gate when closed from inside etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-304, drilled for fixing of stainless steel sheeting or otther covering. etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or stainhless steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheetings) and hanging, also stainless steel fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 4 Nos of Gates to be executed at site.

Supply and fix 2.0 mm thick plain, stainless steel sheeting grade 304, polished 240 girt, white poly coat in gates, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashins (length and girth as fixed) fixed with welding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) slab one side mirror polished of 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rounding of exposed edges, including backing coat of CM 1:3 , 10mm thick on vertical wall surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Coast guard emblems (size & design as per sample kept in Engineer-in-Charge office) on 2.0 mm thick plain, stainless steel sheet grade 304, polished 240 girt, size of the stainless steel sheet should not be less thatn 450mm X 450mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Per gate 02 Nos of Embloms / Logos measured as one set.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. including removal of debris to outside of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering in 15 mm thick in cement mortar1:4, on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying of Apex Ultima or equivalent of any colour two coats over a coat primer, over a coat of cement based exterior putty not less than 1mm thick on wall column projection, chajjas sides and bottom etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
