(e) All consumables and spares required to ensure efficient maintenance and operation of the plant shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items as supply only rates. (f) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of including GST, LWC, contractor's profit and all taxes, cess, levies etc as applicable. (g) The prevailing rate shall be inclusive of minimum wage, EPF & ESI contribution and Bonus as appicable as on the bid submission end date. The contractor shall submit the documentary proof for the same. (h) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages as fixed by Labour Commissioner.

Comprehenssive maintenace and Complete servicing and periodic maintenance (ie once in three months / in each quarter) 2 nos of RO plant of capacity 2500 LPH by replacing of filters and other components complete, to ensure the quality of RO water and proper operation of RO plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Any minor spares required at the time of servicing is also deemed to included in the rate quoted by Contractor

Complete servicing of High Pressure Pump of capacity 7.5 KW, 3 phase, 440V, 50 Hz, by dismantling entire pump assembly, cleaning, servicing and replacement of damaged parts if any such as impeller/washer/bolt/connected parts in the pump and servicing of motor by dismantling, cleaning & varnishing of coil, rewinding , replacement of carbon brush and other parts, reassembling of the same, including testing and operation of pump to suit above RO plant for designed water output complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete servicing of Raw water feed pump of capacity 3 HP including rewinding of motor and replacement of impeller, water seal, gasket etc. For satisfactory working of pumpset complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only anti scalant chemical for cleaning of RO Membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only PH booster complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Liquid chlorine complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 5 micron cartridge filter suitable for existing make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair RO membrane 8040 as per manufacturers specification with salt rejection 96-99% suitable for existing RO Plant system and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair RO membrane Model No. SWC5-LD as per manufacturers specification with salt rejection 96-99% suitable for existing RO Plant system and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Manual Multiport valve Top/Side Mounted filter/softener suitable to fix in CPVC pipe line Ø40mm, Inlet / Outlet / Drain Connection: 1.5″ BSPF, Flow Rate: 6m3/hr @ 0.5 Kg/sqcm, Max. Operating Pressure: 5kg/sqcm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair pressure gauge [0-21 kg/cm2 or 0-300 PSI] complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair High pressure switch, contact rating 15A at 230 V AC and range - 2 to 25 kg/cm2, Differential 2 kg/cm2 with connecting pipe, metal connectors and wires complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair UV purifier 230 V AC 50 Hz suitable for existing system and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Complete replacement of rapid sand filter media of RO plant including replacement of filter media, its rubber gaskets, nut bolts, filters and other parts as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Complete replacement of activated carbon filter media of RO plant including replacement of carbon filter media, its rubber gaskets, nut bolts, filters and other parts as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair RO membrane housing with End Caps, End Cap Overings, End Connector & Overings, Metal Lock Rings, Metal Strap & Support complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair RO Control panel of Model No. Astero 33 NXT, suitable for operation control of RO plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair Ball Valve suitable to fix in CPVC pipe of dia 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Ball Valve suitable to fix in CPVC pipe of dia 25mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Star Delta Motor Starter suitable for 10 HP high preesure pump, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz complete with sheet metal enclosure to be fixed in the existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6 mm size, by means nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron and 32x6 mm as earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangement CI funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion.
