The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience and capability, with scores assigned as follows: - 3 years to 5 years: 5 marks - 5 years to 7 years: 10 marks - Above 7 years: 15 marks Additionally, the bidder should have experience of successfully completed works in the last 5 years, with scores assigned as follows: - Successfully completed projects to the tune of Rs. 5.00 Crores: 15 marks - Successfully completed projects more than Rs. 5.00 Crores up to Rs. 10.00 Crores: 20 marks - Successfully completed projects more than Rs. 10.00 Crores: 25 marks The bidder should also have minimum 03 years of professional experience with the date of registration with the Council of Architecture. Furthermore, the consultant should have designed the building structure of similar nature for at least 75% of the advertised aggregate value in the last five years in any Govt, Deptt/ PSU. The required prior work experience varies by position, including: - Senior Architect: 5 years and above, with 2 marks for post-graduation (M. Tech) - Structural Consultant: upto 10 years and 10 years and above, with 1 mark for post-graduation (M. Tech) - Plumbing Consultant: upto 10 years and 10 years and above - Electrical Consultant and Mechanical Consultant: upto 5 years and 5 years and above The values of similar works completed are Rs. 5.00 Crores, Rs. 10.00 Crores, and above, with a percentage of at least 75% of the advertised aggregate value.
