Additionally, for joint ventures, the available bid capacity will be applied to each partner based on their proposed participation in the execution of the work. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value excluding maintenance. The bid capacity is related to the bidder's experience and resources but does not account for sub-contractors' experience and resources except as stated in specific clauses. The bid capacity is calculated based on the bidder's past experience and current commitments to demonstrate their ability to execute the contract. It is an essential criterion for evaluating the bidder's eligibility and ability to execute the contract, considered along with other factors like experience, resources, and price.
