M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cables with stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including PVC casing caping and accessories including one single core 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dully complete in and including taking down of old unservicable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm ,1 run of PVC casing caping & 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm earth cable will be measured as single run. (ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for MCB SPN, 32 Amps, 240 Volts ,10 KA to be housed in DBs Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCBs as in replacment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, ,240 Volts ,10 KA to be housed in DBs of Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCBs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main switches/ Distribution board any type including fuses MCB etc after removing all connection and making good the disturb surface all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Distribution box Double door type , SPN 8 way,with 200 amps rated bus bar, 240 Volts for MCBs, grouted flush to walls complete with IP 43 and metal double door ,epoxy powder coated in and including taking down of old unservicable main switches /Distribution board including fuses MCBs after removing all connection and making good the disturb surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for Distribution box Double door type , SPN 4 way,with 200 amps rated bus bar, 240 Volts for MCBs, grouted flush to walls complete with IP 43 and metal double door ,epoxy powder coatedin and including taking down of old unservicable main switches /Distribution board including fuses MCBs after removing all connection and making good the disturb surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for MCB TPN, 63 Amps, 415 Volts ,50 Hz ,25 KA to be housed in DBs Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCBs as in replacment ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing LED 2x2 Fitting luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete and including taking down of old unservicable fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including taking down of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Attending the complaints of electrification nature rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in respect of main distribution board having switch fused, MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring fixture for light/fan/bell/light or power socket complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, suck boxes, juction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/exhaust fans and other connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty sotres such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tap, screws, nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixture to their position as dismantledat to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge/users ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (a) Items replaced shall be measured seprately. (b) All the necessary T&P and transport required for repair shall be provided by the contractor. (c) The complaints of internal electric of one bldg qtr will be considered one Job. (d) The penalty of Rs. 1000 per job shall be applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed by Engineer-In Charge more than 12 Hrs after handing over the work of urgent nature to the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exculsively other than conditions 56 IAFW-2249 & shall be treated as interim condition of the contract & Shall inforceable as an delay in individual job is noticed & no cliam whatever on his account shall be entertained by the dept. The decision of the accepting officer in this regard shall be final & binding.
