Supply, install, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven Generating set of 12 KW/15 KVA output at NTP, 415 volts, 50 C/S, AC 3 phase 4 wire at power factor of 0.8 lagging all over as per IS 4272/2001, mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling to diesel engine with cushy foot mountings (anti vibration) pad in and including acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy with 75 db noise level at 01 metere distance from DGset, complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below. (a) Alternator : (brush less) shall be designed for an output of 15 KVA at full load at continuous rating at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, self excited, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two and shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each poll faces as per IS 4722 or BS 2613-1970 all specified and directed Make Kirloskar/Crompton/Stamford (b) Diesel Engine: Deisel Engine Air cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS 1601 with A1 electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to Full load complete with fuel tank of Capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel line, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuos operation and standard accessories, sump pre heater all specified and directed. (c) Control panel : The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories multifunctional digital meter suitable for measuring of energy, power sector, frequency, voltage(0.500) volts and current including CT's suitable ratio within built selector switch, indicator lamp LED type, Hours Meter/RPM indicator, low oil pressure indication, overspeed indication and high water temperature indicator(d) Electric Starter Equipment : The equipment will comprise the following (i) Maint free battery duly initial charge of suitable capacity and battery lead of adequate capacity Make : Amron/Lumnious/Sukam/Mico. Supply, fixing and testing street light fitting 70 watt metal halide 230 V single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with step pot optics reflecter, IP65 ingress protection and built in tilt of toughened clear glass cover for lamp & control gear compartment confirming to cat pt No SGP301 1 xSON 70 W FG for lamp 1 x SONT 70W(E) of philips or equivalent make crompton/GE complete with lamp and PVC insulated sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.0 sqmm from DB to street light all as required and directed.

Supply and fix mounting bracket for street light bend to shape as per requirement made of 40mm bore medium garde GI tubing 1.2 mtr long and clamp, nut bolts all as required at site or directed.

Chemical earthing pit complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 3.3 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 2.7 Mtr below the ground level connected to copper earth strip of 25 mm x 3mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia upto test point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregates chamber 40mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and earth pit filled with chemical earth gel with hardnerer (hydroscopic in nature) back fill 40 Kg minimum all around the earth plate upto 15 cm and vegtable soil all as required specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
