Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure SPN for DBs with 200 Amps bus bar of 4 way 240 volts with blank plate Double Door all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB, SP 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 volts AC, 10 KA, 'B' curve, miniature ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, (FRLS) copper cable 2.5 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface casing caping medium grade (ISI Marked) with accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unshathed 1100 volts grade, cable 2.5 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete as directed. Note:-One run of PVC Casing Caping, two runs of cable (Phase+Netural) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of FRLS PVC insulated multistrand, copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm along with one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable 1100 volts multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire in and including PVC casing & capping complete all as speified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Laying Tubes, Medium grade' galvanised, 15mm Dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors

Supply and fix 15mm dia Bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed

Supply and fix 15mm dia Stop valves, fancy type chromium plated cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed

Supply and installation testing and commissioning of standalone oil fired kerosene/ HSD based heating system complete with stainless steel heat exchanger chamber consisting of furnace fabricated out of high temperature resistence stainless steel, automatic burner assembly control panel with sequence controller, photocell for flame failure. HT Transformer electrode fan assembly with motor temperature controller stainless steel reflector, built in fuel oil piping exhaust chimney all housed in powder coated cashing suitable for operator on 50 Hz single phase 230 volt AC Supply capacity 50000 KCal/ Hr:- (a) Heat Output - 50000 KCal/Hr. Supply and fix ducting for hot air blower to room of any dimension with complete insulation 6 mm thick as per site reqmt complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm buried directly in the ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr with top edge not less than 1.5 mtr beow GL connected to and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia and GI pipe 15mm dia light grade for earthing protection to the extend of max 7.5 mtr connected to the plate by mean of GI bolts and nuts and further to test point by provn of charcoal salt etc complete with all as per SSR electrical plate No-5 Part -1 including PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 frame cover MS funnel GI wateing pipe including excavation in any strata complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
