Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer ets complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new/previously untreated steel surface including prepation of surfaces, over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with modrant solution complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 2mm thick plain fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer as on wall complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing and fixing Gypsum boards 9 mm thick PVC film on the face side and other side metalised polyster flim as in ceilings fixed with screws as per manufacturer's instructions including anodised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm with anodised aluminium channel supports/ angles/ 'T' (Main tee 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm, cross tee 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm and wall angle 32 x 32 x 2 mm) fixed with screws/ plugs etc including GI suspenders of 6mm dia upto 1200 mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size as per approved pattern and design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain sheet glass 4.80 mm thick ordinalry quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square or fixed with aluminium section including rubber beads, exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of steel sheeting by grinder thickness 0.63mm and remaining portion to be make good by welded and fixed with screw/hook complete all as speciified and directed.

Material and labour for flex painting of approved design complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of existing treatment on steel / CGI sheets of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (galvanisation shall be removed if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with copper conductor cable FRLS Multistrand, single core 1.5 Sqmm size for one light point or bell point /Exhaust: fan point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity in and including PVC conduit for concealed wiring of approved size and quality fixed on walls/ceiling including rectangular PVC/Metal flush box board heavy duty type for mounting switches /sockets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per Serial item No 19 above but for power point 3 pin switch socket 15 Amp with PVC FRLS copper conductor cable multistranded unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm on independent board including one run 1.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity in and including PVC conduit for concealed wiring fixed on wall including PVC /Metal flush box board complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Serial item No 19 above but for one 3 pin switch socket combination 5 Amp on independent board
