S & F in repairs for readymade soft wood wall panelling in strips of 100mm width 9-10mm thickness having tongue and groove fixing arrangement fixed to wooden frame work as per manufacturer instruction of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDF based laminated wooden flooring planks of size 1.20m x 0.198m x 8 mm thick non glue laminated flooring including 0.6mm PE poly moisture foam as underlay barrier with overlapping 20cm, fixed with adhesive tape. Boarding fixed in floating manner based on tongue and groove interlocking arrangement of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2.8-3 mm thick Polycarbonate sheet fixed to wooden /metal frames with suitable fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all height with GRG (Glass fiber reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texure, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476(part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm inculding both sides) comprising of maint runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15*32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15*32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600*600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanized @ 80 grams per sqm) ie 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x 2mm Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre,pulp,insulation,etc.) or insulation boards /slabs/blankets,any thickness including cover fillets The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old works with two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia SS Coated Premium quality curtain rails including fixing brackets, stops, side and end cap etc complete all as speified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
