Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 100 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M& for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C–1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Supply and fixing mild steel cold rolled butt hinges 100mm long medium weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for plain fillet 2nd class soft wood section are exc 13 but n exc 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secure with nail or brads complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

S&F for galvanised mild steel sheeting of 0.63 mm thick corrugated with two corrugation side laps and fixed with J hookes two framed work with PVC and steel washers as in roof or wall cladding etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F for plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of 0.63 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings etc. (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Supply and fixing 125 mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkhats of second class hard wood and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chemfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding of any type, thickness or description, any description, fixed in position with nails, screws including cover filllets complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F 40mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two or more panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial, ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards. The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (part–I) kiln seasoned and chemicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F in repairs aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L 150mm overall length of cover plate floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specifeid and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course or floor sub base, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F as in repair 10 ltr PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe etc complete including PVC connection of 15 mm bore with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm and inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets, of approved make including all connections & flush pipes for WC complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel or AC sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof /wall cladding covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Supply and fixing 100 mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, in wall interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed in wall with nail to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 600mmx450mm bevelled edge mirror 5mm thick of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers, as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new/ previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F as in repair stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 1.00mm with and including stainless steel decorative brackets, two lotto for each rod length at both end etc fixed with stainless steel screws, complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair puff water tank 500 litres capacity, insulated cylindrical vertical type double layer duly filled with glass wool with closed top hoisted and to resist in temprature –30 degree to +35 degree celcius fixed in position with all fittings over PCC platform and including dismantling of water tanks and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

S&F powder coated anodized aluminium door & frame with reqd size of S aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including 5 mm thick tinted glass coloured in half portion and in other half portion 4 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour complete and fixed with anodized aluminium snap beading, glazing clips, joining clips, screws and 02 Nos of aluminium handle on each door shutter, aluminium anodized tower bolt 200mm long 02 Nos on each shutter and mortice lock device complete with double keys for each lock, 01 No Hydraulic door closer for each shutter complete all as specified and directed with following specifications:- (a) Aluminium door frame = 101.50x44.45mm (b) Aluminium style/top & middle rails of shutter = 83.5x44.45mm (c) Aluminium bottom rail of shutter = 114.50x44.45mm (d) Aluminium door frame with shutters shall be fixed in position in brick wall opening as required according to site conditions including all fastening arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, in ceiling fixed with nail to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Material and labour in repairs sheet glass 4.00mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beading in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part–I, Section–8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 250mm long aluminum alloy, anodized sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloys to door shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F aluminium soild body Hat and coat hooks, solid body, 175mm to 250 mm complete all as specifeid and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 125 mm long aluminium handle fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Amount of credit of ₹ 1,73,790.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit, which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender. Note :– Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.

Material and labour for sheet glass 4.00mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beading in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel cold rolled butt hinges 75mm long medium weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
