M&L for cleaning of blocked floor traps upto 100mm dia pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or mannually using with cleaning materials including manholes and removing of waste material to distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of cleaning material and and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning of blockage manually by rodding from water closets (IWC/EWC), pouring hot water, rodding from trap to manholes to septic tank with iron rod, jute bags etc and well flushing with water mechanically or manually using with cleaning materials including manholes and removing of waste material to a distance of n.exc 50m and burying in pits complete all as specified and directed. NOTES for Item Nos 1 to 5:- (a) The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate (b) The complaint shall be cleared with in 24 hrs after intimation to contractor if not rectified then recovery at double the rate quoted against this item shall be levied on contractor's dues.

Desludging/cleaning including dewatering of septic tank/soak well/manholes in any dia and depth upto 1.5 mtr for liquid and slurry material and removing the sludge from the tank by mechanical using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, scouring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The quoted rate shall deem to include for all materials, labour of skilled/unskilled, tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud. Responsiblity of Bidder :- (i) The successful bidder should be Liaise with Leh, Municipal authority and shall take written permission for disposal of faecal sludge/soil . No extra cost will be provided for same. OR Bidder must have own/ lease, land /plot register from UT Leh, and obtain permission / NOC from Leh, Municipal authority for disposal of faecal sludge/soil at his land. Same shall be submit to the department before start the work. No extra cost will be provided for same.

M&L for soak well/soak pit of dia 3.00 mtr internal at top and depth of 1.80 mtr from botton having min 2.45 mtr height 380 mm thick random rubble uncoarsed stone masonary wall in CM 1:6 with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) below stone masonary at Bottom and RCC cover slab using Design mix concrete M-25 or RCC 1:1.5:3 nominal mix with reinforcement 10 mm dia bars @ 150mm C/C both ways top and bottom layer of concrete including arrangement for manhole opening and manhole cover, inlet for 100/150 mm dia pipe connected with existing manholes including dismantling and filling of existing soak well/soal pit and make a true surface complete all as specified as per Drg No. CESZ/TD-1078/2011 sheet 1/1 Note :- The quoted rate includes excavation in hard/dense soil and construction of soak well as per drawing, connection of inlet pipe, 100 mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowel, returning and filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtr from site. Note:- If any issues regarding execution as per drawing, the decision of Accepting officer shall be final and binding.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick sub base, sub floor and pavings including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 200mm X 200mm X 25mm thick, set, pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments layed over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing stone slab/ concrete tiles and removing of the same as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions and in any position not otherwise specificaly provided for and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 including demolition of precast concrete block/Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonary (except blocks) of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 including demolition of precast concrete block/Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Nominal mix, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, Beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves and the like etc including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing outside of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended flat slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works (rough finished flat surface of concrete) not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flat not exc 20 cm wide rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing outside of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down cement plaster of any description and removal of the same to out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new concrete /plastered wall surface of any description, applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc including necessary weathering, throating etc and including form works and set in cement motor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China urinal half stall type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet (Pedestal), white (EWC) excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device including connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : CERA/JAQUAR/KOHLER or equivalent.

S&F in repairs viterous China squatting pan or Orissa pattern 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to 100mm dia trap 'P' or 'S', anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : CERA/JAQUAR/KOHLER or equivalent.

S&F in repairs, 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern (ISI marked), low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket & flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or high density of PVC 32mm dia pipe, for low level cistern complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar, Cera & equivalent.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc on plan area exc 10 sqm in hard/dense soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5 m and not exc 3.00 m deep for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, septic tank, soakage well, pier holes, etc on plan area exc 10 sqm in hard/dense soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (SN 8) in any length including all fittings and jointing with elastomeric rubber link and cuppler/other jointing materials laid in trenches or in floor including Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 150 mm bore pipes and dismantling of cast iron/ PVC or reinforced concrete pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if reqd of any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and removing serviceable tiles to store or rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles of size (350 x250mm) x 7 mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement as in dado, skirting etc to match with the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces for receiving tiles all as specified and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and removing serviceable tiles to store or rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
