Supply, installation and commissioning of stand alone air heater for space heating of capacity 50000 Kcal /Hr suitable for operation with diesel fuel complete with fuel filter, burner, blower fan, blower motor, automatic digital temperature controller, control panel (prewired type complete with audio/visual controls, safety interlocks, MCB, overload relays, timers and alarm hooters), blower fan gaurd , fuel tank all as per standard specifications of manufacturer. The air heater suitable for following specifications:- (a) Hot air delivery of minimum 1750 Cum/Hr at 80 degree centigrade. (b) The motor should be capable of operating on single phase supply. (c) The complete unit shall be mounted on PCC plateform of suitable size as recommended by the manufacturer. The unit shall be installed outdoor. The chimney to carry out the exhaust beyond roof level all as per recommendation of manufactures shall be provided by the contractor. (d) Make and Model to be offered by the contractor shall be got approved from GE before procurement. (e) Voltage regulator for burner assembly shall also be supplied with air heater. Voltage regulators shall be supplied by the manufacturers of the air heater. (f) MS fuel tank of capacity 100 Ltrs including mounting stand of suitable height shall be provided by the manufactures within the overall cost quoted. (g) To manufacturer shall provide 02 Nos of temprature sensor for the mesurement of temprature inside the building. (h) All piping network from fuel tank to standalone heaters shall be included in the overall cost quoted , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of air ducting made of Galvanised steel sheet metal casing cross section 400x400mm (24 gauge) alongwith 50 mm glass wool insulation with neoprene rubber gaskets, Elbow, air diffuser grills for supply air, split dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of aluminium cladding of any ducting size as required at site , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of return air ducting made of Galvanised steel sheet metal casing cross section 400x400mm (24 gauge) with neoprene rubber gaskets, Elbow, split dampers, vanes,hangers, supports etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix highly accurate temprature / humidity sensor thermostat controller on / off indoor to control CHS unit to measure the temp inside the buildings from the minus 35 degree celsius to plus 35 degreee celsius range with robust design and recording last 10 readings of temp and humidity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
