Material and labour for preparation of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M& for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection /hardstanding laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and scrapped surface area to obtain smooth finishing as required and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
