M&L for Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking out of defective XLPE/PVC cable of any size and type from trenches, from wall/poles/under floor etc,including PCC cable cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be including in quoted rate. (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of brick/tile as cable protection, GI pipe and cable joint etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor 2 core 16 Sqmm laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 7.00 but size 4 core 16 Sqmm.

All as per Srl item No. 7.00 but size 3.5 core 25 Sqmm.

All as per Srl item No. 7.00 but size 3.5 core 95 Sqmm.

Material and Labour boring of road crossing of size 100mm dia by using manual drilling with use of machinery equipments complete without damaging the surface at suitable depth for passing cables/pipe lines etc. complete all as directed. Note : (i) Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge as per requirement, nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different strata/different type of soil. Bidders are hereby advised to keep in mind this aspect while quoting their rates.

Supplying and laying as in repairs GI tubing 50 mm bore light grade incl all accessories for passing of cables for mechanical protection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall / floor or along poles or as street light poles with complete accessories such as bends / sockets / reducers / saddles incl necessary threading / drilling works complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 12.00 but 40 mm bore.

Supply & fixing pin type composite/polymer insulator incl one galvanised MS spindle, two washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9 m long complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing shackle type composite/polymer insulator incl galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 volt section of strips 31x5 mm bolt dia 14 mm max dia 115 mm, height 100 mm fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9 m long, complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly complete incl demolition of plain cement concrete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Unit rate of this item includes disconnecting all the accessories which are connected to stay assembly includng necessary excavation as directed. (ii) Existing stay assembly are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubular pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 incl GI Adjustable Stay Rod of 16 mm Dia, GI Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, loop type insulator, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earthwork, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Re-stretching the existing LT over head line consisting of 5/4/3 conductors of any size using Mechanical tool and one GI wire after removing serviceable/unserviceable separators carefully including opening and reconnecting of jumpers binding conductor over the insulator properly with the help of binding wire 14 SWG and re-fixing separators in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing PVC line seperator for separating 3/4/5 LT overhead lines all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size from LT poles over head electric line after disconnecting from insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixinging/ stringing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (weasel)6/1/2.59 for LT, stretching properly to achieve proper sag on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete and setting aside for reuse with in 50 M complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms,bracing,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts,washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of steel tubular pole of any size including demolition of cement concrete and credited to contractor complete all as specified.

Supply, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified including necessary excavation and earth work,PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation & around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block,disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 meter and depositing where directed,painting steel tubular pole`s exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making five nos alternative white and black strip 30 cm height each upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enemel paint and numbering of pole complete with painting of embeded portion of pole with two coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified. (i) Cost of painting & numbering on poles i.e. making five no. alternative white & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates of above items (ii) Earthwork PCC foundation & coping shall be included in over all cost quoted.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of steel pole including channels and applying two coats of aluminium paint including making five no. alternative yellow & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement MCB TPN 63 A,Curve C 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing GI earth wire 4mm dia as earth continuty wire on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 71,681.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
