Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of complete central heating system (CHS) including Thermic fluid heater unit, chimney ,pumps , AHU etc. complete with all accessories as per the following:- (A) Thermic Fluid Heaters 02 Nos (01 Working+01 Standby):- Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of pressurized type 3 phase reverse flame horizontal / vertical smoke tube, Thermic fluid heaters (Glycol water based ) each of capacities not less than 50,000 Kcal/hr complete in all respect, with standard accessories to meet the required condition of temp and humidity criteria for SMC at Thoise Station complete in all respect with combustion chamber and equipment , automatic Monoblock burner assy, fire tubes, control panel with sequence controller , photocell for frame failure , HT transfer combustion chamber, electrical panel, mounting frames, pressure gauge at inlet and outlet suitable operation on 50 HZ three/single phase AC supply compete in all respect to maintain the inside temperature20+/-2 degree Celsius including RH of 45+/-5% when the outside temperature drops to (-20) degree Celsius i.e. Thoise winter climatic conditions including following item of work. (iii)The Thermic fluid heater inner shell be made from carbon steel with dished ends (curved type) with thickness as per thermic fluid heater design of OEM. (iv) Outer shell be made from carbon steel with thickness as per Thermic fluid heater design of OEM. (v) Thermic fluid heater tube shall be seamless MS tube for quality commensurate with the boiler requirement . (vi) The front door shall be openable lined with high grade insulation and refractory (vii) High efficient, low noise imported Monoblock burner (Benton/Rello) (viii)The Thermic fluid heater shall be insulated with 50mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool and cladded with 22 gauge GI sheet (epoxy pointed) or any other thermal insulation as per OEM design. (ix) Pre wired control panel (made from 18 gauge CRC sheet ) Main incomer, MCB in/out temperature controller (digital)fault indicating light for water high temp, burner trip, flue temp, with alarm, hour meter for maintenance schedule etc. (x) 1 set of oil piping from unit to burner . (xi) It includes suitable concrete foundation for Thermic fluid heater . (C) Flue Gas Chimney:- Supply, installation of mild steel flue gas chimney suitable for emission as per Thermic fluid heater capacity made out of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet, minimum 3 mtr above the highest point of plant room as per manufacturer recommendations which ever is higher including connection to each Thermic fluid heater. Note : - (a) The item shall be complete with the mounting/fixing arrangement of thermic fluid heaters & chimney all as specified by the Thermic fluid heater manufacturer including the dia of the exhaust flue Gas chimney as per the design and specification of the Thermic fluid heater. (b) The Thermic fluid heater shall be connected to the chimney. (c) The portion of chimney inside the building shall be insulated with Fiber glass insulation wool of density 24 Kg/Cum. The item shall be complete with mounting and fixing arrangement with necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed. Qty -01 No

Day Oil Storage Tank Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of HSD oil day storage tank rectangular mild steel(IS2062)/or relevant IS Code construction with capacity of 500 Ltrs complete with inlet, outlet, over flow drain and vent with flame arrestor, tank shall be made out of 4mm thick mild steel sheet and will be provided with supports made out of 50mm Dia medium grade pipe to keep tank base at minimum 2500mm above finished floor level. The tank shall be provided with level switches for on - off operation of transfer pump. Extra high level and extra low level alarm shall be provided along with gauge indicator duly calibrated. Tank and structure shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Thermic Fluid (Glycol) Makeup Tank Supply and installation of 500 litre capacity MS tank made out of 5 mm thick mild steel cylindrical/ rectangular with removable lid, in/out/drain/overflows system mounting arrangement making connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Transfer Gear Oil Pump Fuel (Self Priming). Supply installation testing and commissioning of self priming rotary gear transfer pumps of capacity not less than 15 LPS at 25 Mtrs head for Kerosene or HSD oil complete with base mounting frame. PCC Foundation including holding down bolts , coupling guard and TEFC flame proof motor of suitable capacity and other accessories i.e (for one working and one standby) required for commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Glycol Based Water Circulation Pump For Thermic fluid heater:- Supply, installing , testing and commissioning of pumping system consisting of horizontal suction and delivery pump sets having stainless steel impellers capable of delivering not less than 15 LPS of thermic/ethylene glycol water against min. 25 meter head at outlet and complete as per specification. The system shall comprise of the following. Centrifugal pumps with minimum 75% efficiency not less than min. 15 LPS delivery at min. 25 mtr head suitable for parallel operation speed 1500 RPM including prime mover squirrel cage induction motor with TEFC enclosure and suitable power to drive the pump efficiently with class F insulation, 1500 RPM synchronous speed, operating on 415 +10% volts, 3 Phase , 50 HZ AC supply. (01 working +01 Standby) Note: (i) Insulation of suitable thickness duly cladded by aluminium sheets off 0.5mm thickness and properly clamped to pumped as per specifications required-01 Lot (ii) Mounting frame with ant vibration pads for 2 Nos Pumpseets-01 Lot (ii) RCC cement concrete foundation for the pumping unit as per OEM . HSD Oil Piping System. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS pipe heavy duty for HSD lines confirming to IS 1239 (part-I) 2001 or relevant IS including clamps, bends, reducers, flanges, nuts, bolts etc. complete with all respects of 32mm NB, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS pipe heavy duty for HSD lines confirming to IS 1239 (part-I) 2001 or relevant IS including clamps, bends, reducers, flanges, nuts, bolts etc. complete with all respects of 25mm NB, complete all as specified and directed.

Ducting work (Including suitable dampers) Design, supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/ Square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile , duly factory boxed , including all accessories such as corner , cleat , carriage bolt, bend, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc, complete of size 24 Gauge, as per OEM recommendation. Note: (i) The contractor has to get duct layout drawings approved from GE before executing the duct work . (ii) The duct height shall not exceed 4.0 meter to avoid any stratification of heated air to ensure uniform distribution of heated air in the conditioned space . (iii) The cost of mounting and installation of ducts at designated height includes cost of suspenders, supports, clamps ,fasteners etc (so as to meet functional and technical requiement) is deemed to be included in the quoted rates .(iv) The quantities of ducts specified are tentative and can vary according to the duct layout submitted and approved .The contractor shall have no claim in this regard.

Duct Insulation M & L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg /Cum, 50 mm thick, with factory laminated aluminium vapor barrier , Thickness of insulation as specified and including the following :- (a) M &L for cleaning the surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc, to make the surface completely free of mill scale, dirt, dust , grease and other foreign materials , taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M & L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide , to make the insulation leak proof. (d) M &L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fattened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr

Supply Air Grilles/ Diffusers Supply, installation, testing and balancing of powder coated Extruded Aluminium supply air Grilles/Diffusers with volume control dampers in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications.

Fresh Air Intake/Exhaust Air Louvers Supply, installation, testing and balancing of Powder coated/Anodized extruded aluminium construction inlet air louvers with bird screen and volume damper for fresh air as per specifications and approved drawings.

Fire Dampers Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air ducts / main branch and return air path as & where required of required sizes including control wiring. The spring return action shall be built mechanism and not externally mounted complete all as specified and directed.

Air Handling Unit Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built double skin floor mounted outdoor type Air Handling Unit/Air washer with min. 6 Row deep coil of nominal unit of capacity having range of operation 750 to 2500 CFM made of 25mm thick panels consisting of G.I casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection molding machine complete with blower of suitable static pressure as per site requirement design to achieve the desired flow of air as per standard practice. Humidifier for maintaining the desired relative humidity of heating space, cooling coil section with mechanically bonded aluminium finned copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.5mm) cooling coil, filter section with pre filter 90% efficiency and down to 10micron, direct drive package with flame proof TEFC variable frequency drive motor(VFD) suitable for 415+10% volts, 50HZ , 3Phase, AC supply, drain connections with stainless steel drain pan duly insulated and necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc complete as per specifications and drawings. CHS system shall be designed based as following :- (i) Inside room design conditions 20 ± (2) degree Celsius. (ii) Minimum outside ambient temperature(-) 20 degree Celsius, inside room RH 45+/-5%. (iii) Altitude above MSL 3070Mtrs. (iv) Ventilation:- 2-3 ACPH(air changes per hour) as directed by Engg-in-charge. (v) Preparation of drawings for complete layout of CHS duly showing the location of plant room (including all the major equipment the glycol hot water generations, flue gas pipes, pumps, pressurization units, AHU, Ducts etc) (vi) Preparation of site plan duly marked with existing and proposed external and mechanical service for the complete CHS plant. (vii) The complete design & working drawings should be vetted from NIT/IIT and shall be submitted to GE for approval before start the work. (viii) The schematic diagram of the complete CHS system in color coded format shall be provided. (ix) Anything missed above but required for successful commissioning of CHS system shall be submitted by the consultant.

(x) The design of complete CHS system shall be done as per ASRAE/extant guidelines. (xi) The equipment proposed should cater for de-rating factors of Thoise area. (xii) Anything missed out above, but required for smooth and successful operation of central heating system is deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No Deviation order for addition cost arising on this account shall be admissible. (xiii) The capacity of pump given are minimum estimated, however on detailed calculation if the capacity needs to be enhanced for achieving the desired climatic condition mentioned in the contract, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and accordingly contractor is adjusted to quote their rate. No Deviation Order in this regard in future shall be admissible.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HI wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with cooling and heating function of capacity 1.5 TR, BEE 3/5 Star (as per latest availability with higher energy efficiency) rated all as specified and directed.

The freezing temperature shall be below (-25.C), all specified. However the mode of payment and operations involved for this item shall be as under complete as specified and directed :- Note : (a) Mono ethylene glycol/thermic fluid shall concentrated form only be measured and paid under this item. (b) Any other additives and inhibitors as per the requirement laid down in relevant IS shall be also deemed to included in quoted rates. (c) Empty barrels shall be property of MES. (d) Material and labour for mixing filling, preparation off glycol charge to get total quantity of mixture including first filling required for operation off CHS plant and network having 70% quantity of treated water available at site and 30% of mono ethylene glycol supplied as above to attain the freezing temperature of mixture as below (-) 25 degrees centigrade. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the above activity work. (e) The water for preparation of mixture will be supplied by MES without any extra charges for this item only. The water shall be supplied at a point decided by GE and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for transportation of same from take off point.

M&L for pre-insulated MS pipe of size 50mm, Class ‘C’ having thickness of PUF insulation 36mm of density 06 KG/ Cum and 26 gauge GI cladding complete suitable for above ground as per sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables, pipe and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed.
