Supply and fix 4 pole with thermal megnetic protection unit , MCCB 32 A, Ics=Icu=100% with rupturing cap 25 KA complete all as speicified and directed.(For Existing Panel)

S & F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Junction boxes made of Lid PC and base is polystyrene Hensel reference : KG series suitable . Junction Boxes Size 217 x 253 x 115 mm in Grey RAL 7035 colour. Junction Box IP 65 Thermoplastic PS Polystyrene weatherproof Junction Box with multi level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on top and bottom of the junction box to enable cable entries from both direction. The junction box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom up Cable Size 25 Sq mm of the box via pre-moulded knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fasteners self closed will be tool operated. it will be sealable with accessories. The junction box shall have elongated holes inside them for wall/pole mounting provision. The junction box with 4 Pole Terminal Strip and MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA C Curve for LED light. In the event of formation of condensed water, the junction box shall have a minimum of two condensation knock-outs inside to ensure optimum safe performance.

The junction box shall fulfill the following standards Weatherproof : Rainwater proof, temperature resistant. IEC 60670-22 : Particular requirements for connecting boxes and enclosures. IEC 60695 – 2 – 11 : Flame – retardant & Self-extinguishing. Glow Wire tested at minimum 750 deg C. IEC 60529 : IP 65 degree of protection. UV Resistant in accordance with IEC 61 439-1, Clause no 8.4.4 The Junction Box with Suitable Glands 3 Nos with each and chromium plated clamps, nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel of suitable size as per IE rule and latest IS, factory made dust and vermin proof outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet including seperate compartment for each MCCB & for cable and busbar, mounted on frame of MS angle iron 40mmx40mmx6 mm with front and back openable door with lock & Key including necessary grouting and double coat powder coated of grey colour painting complete with following accessories.The degree of protection of panel shall be IP-54 including foundation all as specified and directed.:- (Main LT Panel 1) INCOMING (i) 4 pole MCCB 32 Amps with rupuring capacity 25 KA ,- 01 No (ii) Aluminium bus bar 3 phase 4 strip suitable for 100 Amps current carrying capacity complete with post insulators and heat shrinkable sleeves- 01 No.. (v) Timer Switches 20 Amp -01

M& L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade, FRLSH, ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked, not less than 20 mm dia of thickness in casing & caping, roof, etc, two light controlled by one switch with all connected fittings including pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for mounting switches, sockets etc and including PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- Switches , sockets, ceiling rose, regulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing weather proof LED fixture 40 watts round type with System Lumen Efficacy ≥120 Lm/W operating Voltage between 120-270Vac, multistage isolated potted driver, Driver will comply for 440Vac operation (will sustain for 4 - 6 hrs continuously), Driver will have cut off at 300 Vac, IP66 Protection, Power Factor more than 0.95%, of rated maximum forward current, Luminaire intergal driver with 5KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), with clamp, connecting with PVC copper cable of size 1.5x3 sqmm as per IS 10322 at Least 2 Year on site warranty without any condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 40 Watt LED bldg Light with System Lumen Efficacy ≥120 Lm/W operating Voltage between 120-270Vac, multistage isolated potted driver, Driver will comply for 440Vac operation (will sustain for 4 - 6 hrs continuously), Driver will have cut off at 300 Vac, IP66 Protection, Power Factor more than 0.95%, of rated maximum forward current, Luminaire intergal driver with 5KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), fixed on a bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long Med grade GI pipe 40 mm dia bend to shape as directed fitted on wall at a height not less than 4 mtr from ground with MS clamp, nuts and bolts and washers as required at site, connecting with PVC copper cable of size 1.5x3 sqmm as per IS 10322 at Least 2 Year on site warranty without any condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacenment MCB SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA 'C' series 240 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
