M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels, landings, coverslabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified..

Supply & fixing MS Steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.using Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched(ordinary and counter sunk)forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Mild steel bolts exc 12mm but n.exc 20mm dia of neck purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in PCC flooring finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for second class hardwood clean sawn in scantlings fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of linseed oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing fixed with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer described complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10. type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 200mm thick Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made (CPRI approved) LT panel Board of Suitable size out door type (double door) 415 Volts, dust proof,vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly compartmentalized inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet , to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening, and having provision for front and rear side opening with rubber beading and brass cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof. double door hinged type, both side openable, air fins for ventilation having 200Amp aluminium busbar, panel shall be mounted on angle of size (40 x 40 x 6 mm) & duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer supported on 04 legs of suitable long each duly grouted in plain cement concrete blocks in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) or as manufacturer instruction and including notice board & Danger plate complete with all connections incoming / out going complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. comprising of following accessories (a) MCCB, 4 pole 100 Amps,16 KA, 415 volts -1 Nos (Incoming) (b) MCCB 63 Amps 415 Volts, 10 KA 'C' series - 02 No (c) MCB SPN 6-32 Amps 415 Volts, 10 KA 'C' series - 03 No (d) Ammeter 0-200 Amps, size 4"x4" digital along with suitable size CT's-03 Nos( one per Phase)-03 Nos (e)Volt meter 0-500 volts size 4"x4" digital - 01 No (f) LED indicator lamp(RYB) - 01 Set Note: Contractor shall provide drawing of LT panel for approval of GE before placing order to manufacture.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron strip of size 32x6 mm flat by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto body of electrical equipment shall be including in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

Supply & laying light grade GI Pipe of size 50 mm bore, ISI marked in trench/along pole/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for light/fan/bell with FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (red for phase and black for neutral) unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade in and incl not less than 2mm thick PVC casing/caping with all accessories and 1.5 sqmm green in colour PVC multistranded, copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly incl MS sunken box/PVC box, surface/ flush type with 3 mm thick pre laminated hylem sheet for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan /bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Enginneer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 48.00 above but using 2.5 sqmm FRLS cable for multi pin 5/16 amps flush type socket outlet on independent board.

Supply & fixing Switch socket combination 5 in 1, 5/16 A Amps flush type.

Supply & fixing Switch piano flush type 5 Amps, single pole one way.

M&L of PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep

Supply and fixing Ceiling rose, surface bakelite 2 to 3 terminal, 240 volts, 5 Amps ISI Marked, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing Sub main wiring with four run single core 4.0 sqmm and two run single core 4.0 sqmm earth wire multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade in stove enameled black rigid steel conduit including tees, bends, elbow, couplers, junction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing sheet metal enclosure with a three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one TPN MCB 20 amps, 415 volts.

M&L for Distribution Board 8 way MCB TPN, double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with powder coating surface mounting with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof, IP-43 protected, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 100 A, rupture capacity with adjustable terminal & adjustable magneting setting , 16 KA, 50 Hz, AC in sheet metal enclosure including connecting up incoming / out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of MCB Triple pole and Neutral(TPN) 63 Amp, 415 volts, 10 KA , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of MCB Triple pole (TP) 25 Amp, 415 volts, 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of MCB SP 6-32 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of LED light fitting 1x9W/1x10W bulkhead luminaries including LED light driver holder connecting up three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size.

Supply and fix GI pipe Bracket of 1.5 m long and made out of 32 mm dia light grade pipe including MS clamp of size 25 x 4 mm - 02 Nos, nut and bolt with washer duly painted with aluminium paint over one coat of primer of suitable size for fixing of street light, complete all as specified and diected.

Supply & fixing Energy efficient LED security light of 60 watt with high pressure die cast housing with tuffened glass cover and IP65/66, Protection having following specification:- Lemens-100Lumen per watt,CRI70,CCT- min 5700K, Surge protection-min 4KV, PF.90, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 0.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
