M&L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the strating point, complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Par-I, complete all as specified. Note : Punned thickness of 18 CM will be measured and paid for.

Supply and laying of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-2 flate size 250 mm x 180 mm x 40mm , complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fault finding, of PVC / XLPE Cable of any size by opening the aluminium lugs from Junction box / DB / MCCB and meggering the cable and removing the unservicable part of cable and lugs and restoring the supply as directed by Engr -in-charge. Note:- 1) The excavation, sand filling , cable protection cover, removing of surplus soil etc will be measure and paid respective items. 2) ALuminium lugs and straigt through joint will be measured and paid separetly. The rate are included for using Tools required at site.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 630 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. Note::- (Earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Supply & fixing in replacement of tubes light grade of size 50 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for fixing in replacement of ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Installation ,testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of Aluminium of suitable size for capacity 400 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including fallowing accessories:- a) ACB 4P 800 Amps Cap 4 Pole -1 No for( I/C) b) Change over switch open execution type 800 Amp 4 pole - 01 No c) Digital Volt meter with sellector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set d) Digital Amp meter with sellector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set e) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The Make of Change over and MCCB considered are Havells/Standard/Indo Asian/HPL (ii) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Channge over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre-approval from the Engineer-in-cfharge before order and execution at site.

M&L for fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with stay plate bow, stay rod of dia 16mm and gavanised iron stay wire stranded of size 7/4mm and accessories as shown in electric plate No 1 of SSR part-I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing in replacement of shackle insulator porcelain white, brown or green 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for fixing in replacement of pin insulator porcelain white, brown or green 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts gradecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for fixing in replacement of galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for continuous earth wirecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of bus bar chamber size 600x 450x 300 mm outdoor type made out of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick mounted on angle iron frame dully painted with two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of primer and comprising of three phase aluminum bus bar 200 amps mounted on insulators including provisioning of foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for painting 9 mtr steel tubular pole after scrapping and peeling of the old existing paint, corrosive patches and painting primary coat with synthetic enamelled silver paint and another final second coat to match the entire surface area of the pole and highliting the pole with 20 CM wide ulternate white and red radium strips upto height of 1Mtr from Ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for painting 11 mtr steel tubular pole after scrapping and peeling of the old existing paint, corrosive patches and painting primary coat with synthetic enamelled silver paint and another final second coat to match the entire surface area of the pole and highliting the pole with 20 CM wide ulternate white and red radium strips upto height of 1Mtr from Ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

All as per item No 48 above but using GI wire 4.0 mm dia as earthing leads by means of galvanised bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel complete with 20 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for watering and 40mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of 4.0mm dia GI wire charcoal dust, common salt 15cm all around the earth plate all as shown inelectric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-I all as specifed or indicated and testing on competion including necessary excavation, earth work PCC pit and with RCC cover of suitable size water funnel with wire mesh all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Restringing/Restretching aluminium conductor/ GI wire of LT over head line three phase and Neutral by opening the binding wire from insulator and tightening the all conductor and rebinding the same by binding wire with insulator as existing as directed by

M&L for Restringing/Restretching aluminium conductor/ GI wire of LT over head line for Single phase and neutral with street light by opening the binding wire from insulator and tightening the all conductor and rebinding the same by binding wire with insulator as existing as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S&F PVC Spacer 2/4 way for LT over head line 1100 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

M&L for servicing of ACB of any capacity by opening the inner compartment and cleaning / greasing the male / female part , spring charge mechanism etc including calibration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Incoming Off load Changeover Switch Enclosure with 800 A Incoming change Over switch- to accommodate all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-)112364.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
