Dismantling of burner assembly at Corps Offrs Mess CHS and removing of side cover of boiler capacity 1.5 lakh kilo cal/hr and complete servicing the boiler including exhaust outlet i.e chimmney by removing the complete carbon/oil deposits with suitable coil shine chemical including repair to coil assembly by welding if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/ testing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and replacement of Forged steel globe valve, bolted bonnet outside screw & yoke type rising stem for 20mm dia complete including taking out existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete cleaning and checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous sreviceability of FCU for any number of time as desired by Engr-in-Charge including replacement of minor spare part like Gasket, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting FCU from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premices and cleaning with the chemical solution by pressure pump from inlet to outlet to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation of pipe line of any size by providing shallow tape / GI wire as deemed fit, for fastening the insulation with pipe line, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU / Heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge all as directed at site.

S&F in replacement of fan coil unit duel shaft electric motor 1/12 HP, 30 watt 930 RPM, 3 speed as per existing, complete all as specified and directed. Make- Maratan/CEG or equivalent in ISI marked make.

Supply and fixing radiator unit of FCU including connecting with the unit and making it leakproof of capacity 1.5 TR consisting of copper coils covered with aluminium finshing as per existing size of capacity 3000 K Cal / Hour including dismantling the existing unserviceable complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing radiator unit of FCU including connecting with the unit and making it leakproof of capacity 2.5 TR consisting of copper coils covered with aluminium finshing as per existing size of capacity 4500 K Cal / Hour including dismantling the existing unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Welding the leakage portion of MS pipe line including earhwork complete and materials as required for welding the pipe line of size 25 mm to 80 mm including testing on full pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of MS overhead POL storage tank of capacity 2000 Ltr including all type of T&P and chemical required for the same, including welding work to leakage surface including opening and refixing the existing insulating materials to the external surface of storage tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable centrifugal monoblock pump 3 phase 415 volts of capacity 5 HP with Mechanical seal complete fittings with accessories , complete all as specified and directed.

T&P alongwith Labour only for attending of complaint for day to day / daily complaints by employed skilled staff, checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous sreviceability of FCU for any number of time as desired by Engr-in-Charge including replacement of minor spare part like Gasket, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting FCU from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premices to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation of pipe line of any size by providing shallow tape / GI wire as deemed fit, for fastening the insulation with pipe line, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU / Heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge all as directed at site. Note :-(i)Attending any complaints of different nature in a single day in Corps HQ COmplex Plant Room inside / outside will be considered as one job. ii)Any kind of replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A' iii) . Any nature of complaint related with FCUs, radiators, bursting/cracking/leakage of MS pipe lines, replacement of valves etc will be completed round the clock by suitable trademen (welder with suitable T & P,(including portable heating materials)-01,Skilled mechanic of CHS-01, Plumber/Fitter with helper-each o1, Supervisor-01 as per descreation of Engineer-in- Charge.iv)Job slip will be maintained by the contractor Supervisor under supervision of concerned JE E/M CHS, suitable communication shall be maintained through JE incharge round the clock. v) Any delay in attending complaint will be directly reported to higher authorities and suitable penalities will be incured from the contractor (Rs 1000/-Per job)

Supply and fixing and replacement of Chilled/Hot Water Fan coil Unit (FCU) Wall Mounting 2.0 TR Capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make : Carrier/Zeco or equivalent ISI Marked.

Supply and fixing in replacement of wall mounting (ECO Panel) Convector heater 2.5KW/Hrs Two heat output setup with auto control and LED temperature display. Diemension-Width 1200mm, height, 450mm depth 90mm with complete fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Soft Plug Top 6 Amps with indicator as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, connection and testing of thermal heater wires on water supply pipe lines (GI/MS/PPR) for heating of water through minimum 25 Watt per meter in spiral/ straight line shape above outer diameter of pipe with aluminium tape insulation to preserve heat, fiber glass layer, second layer of aluminium tap to hold fiber glass by glass wool minimum 40mm thick with essential tapes complete all as specified and as directed.
