(d) Depth from76m to 100m, , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 1 (a to d) (a) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for transportation of suitable truck mounted drilling with DTH & ODEX attachment alongwith necessary accessories and T&P and site clearance for setting of machinery etc. (b) Third trial bore shall only be carried out in case the first and second trial bores respectively are declared to be unsuccessful by the GE in writing (c) Depth of second and third trial bores may vary if suggested by CGWB. Contractor shall have no claim on account of reduction or addition in the depth. (d) Payment of unsuccessful trial bore (s) shall only be released after successful boring in the successive trial. However in the event of unsuccessful boring even after 3 No of trial bores if it is decided to be given up, the site will be abandoned and payment for all the trial bores will be allowed only after approval of Accepting Officer.

Development of borewell by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity and over pumping by pump of capacity not less than 30 HP until the sand free water obtained and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test report, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The submersible pump/compressor and other eqpts shall be arranged by the Contractor and cost of FOL for running the compressor is deemed to be included in the item rate

Supply, assembling and lowering 200mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness 8mm as per IS-4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 to 6 M, including necessary fittings i.e special steel sockets, couping, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe upto depth of 25 M (approx) below ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 6 but depth from 26M to 50M, , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 6 but depth from 51M to 75M, , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 6 but depth from 76M to 100M, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 200mm nominal bore MS heavy duty ERW fine cut having wall thickness 8mm slotted pipe conforming to IS 4270-1992 with slot of suitable size and number as per location of intermediate aquifiers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply assembly and lowering stainless steel K-9 type Johnson screen stainer for MS casing pipe of 200mm nominal bore and minimum length 3 mtr long with packes including welding MS Steel to hold the packer assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS Casing shoe (to be welded with MS ERW casing pipe of 200 mm nominal bore) suitable for DTH ODEX drilling , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in position MS housing clamp 115 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm made of MS flat with nuts, bolts and washers etc suitable for 200mm nominal bore MS pipe above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in position Mild steel well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS sheet having and internal threading and locking arrangement for 200mm dia pipe in two pieces having 100 mm dia in hold in centre with external bracket of flat iton of 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc including painting over a coat of Red oxide pimer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for foundation for holding tube well assembly of size 1 meter x 1 meter x 0.50 meter at ground level made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with GI pipe 80mm bore, medium grade (at three places), embeded throughout the block 1.70 meter length each for feeding gravels and GI Plug and socket fixed on top end, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note: Excavation and earth work and use and wastage of necessary form work etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for supply, installation, levelling, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set with outer dia of pump not exceeding 150mm having capacity 305 LPM at 170 mtr head complete suitable for 80mm column pipe & 200mm casing pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix submersible copper conductor cable 3 core, 16 Sqmm 1100V flat including nylon binding wire and accessories to clamp with column pipe at two places to each column pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering and fixing MS column pipe ISI marked both ends flanged of thickness 10mm for 80 mm dia bore in 3 mtr length having wall thickness 4.8mm as per IS-1293 complete including rubber gasket, slot cutting in flanges for passing submersible cable nut, bolts washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and packing pea gravels of size 4 to 8 mm all around the casing pipe up to the entire depth of bore hole upto ground level , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chemical/bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying fabrication installation and testing of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type 45 cm height from ground to bottom of pillar box, front door with locking arrangement with duplicate keys including PCC foundation and connecting LT Panel cubical flush patern type made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with angle iron base frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm for mounting of panel, dust proof welded steel structure with locking arrangement having TPN bus bar 200 amps rating capacity mounted on insulators including painting of panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer having IP-54 and conferming to IS-8623 and including following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4P 415 Volts 100 Amp 25 KA-01 No (incoming) (b) MCCB TP 415 Volts 63 Amps 16 KA-01 No (O/G) (c) MCB TPN 32A -01 No (O/G) (d) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Amps (e) Digital Ammeter 0-100 Amp with single phase preventor.
