(c) DOOR : (i) S&F 01 No main entrance door of size 800x1800 mm made of powder coated aluminum frame will be provided as per drawing. The door will be of GI metal skin reinforced with hybrid core insulated panel 50mm thick of same color (specification mentioned above for the walls panel) and 01 No PVC door of size 750x1800 mm with all hardware fittings and fixtures as specified and directed. (ii) S&F 01 No internal door of size 750x1800 mm Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

(d) ALUMINUM VENTILATOR QTY 2 Nos of Size (600MM X 300MM) with translucent sheet for day light with all accessories as specified and directed (e) FLASHING: is Made with 0.5mm TCT PPGI Sheet. (f) FLOOR: Floor with 2 mm Aluminum Chequred Plate and fixed 18 mm Cement Fiber Board) SUPPLY & ERECTION

(g) S&F 01X Stainless Steel Wash basins, 630x450mm size, including all necessary fittings and connection to water pipe supply and proper waste pipe system to drainout pipe to neayby soakpit. (h) S&F Stainless Steel water closet (Indian) of size 630x450 mm, with integral foot rests and PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete and all fittings with proper waste pipes connection to drain out of sewage to nearby septic tank/soak pit. (PVC flushing cistern will be paid separetely under respective item) (j) S&F 600mm x 450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers fixed with WHB complete all as specified and directed. (k) S&F 02 Nos Stainless Steel Soap dish, any type, fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws in each bathroom complete. (l) S&F High-quality Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulation gives protection against temperature variations water storage tank of capacity 300 Ltrs ISI marked with float valve including proper plumbing and staging complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Freight charges is all inclusive of supply of each shelter (b) Anything missed out above but reqd as per arch line plan for construction of functional toilet be included in quoted rate. (c) Toilet should be made in a manner which can be stripped and assembled at remote location even with untrained manpower and all tools for assembly and dismantling should be handed over after completion of work.

Supply, laying ,jointing ,testing and commissioning LT UG cable ISI marked of size 6 Sqmm 2 core 1100V grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note-Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, GI pipe protection, PCC cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Excavation, in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cable / GI water pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each ,filling back in trenches after laying of cable and tested complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance exc 50 m but not exc. 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified & directed. Note- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150 mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay GI water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting (such as bends, elbows, TEE, short pieces, connectors back nut, disminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc) all as specified of size 20 mm dia.

All as per item No 47 here-in-above but size of 25mm dia.
