Supply & laying or fixing and testing cross linked polytehylene (XLPE) LT cable XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core and conforming to IS-7098(Part-I-1988 & as per latest amendments), laid in trench/ducts/through pipes/in floors/under roads/under hard standing/along poles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Lightning arrestor HT 11KV 65 kA Non linear expulsion type transmission class complete with standard fittings confirming to IS-3070 (Part-I) 1985 complete all as specified.

M & L for Air Break gang operated switch suitable for 11000 volt, Triple pole, mechanically operated,mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amp with drop out fuse unit complete all as specified. NOTE: The gang operated switch shall be of 12 insulator fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper manually operated from ground level using medium grade GI tubing of 25 mm bore with locking arrangements including a set (Set of Three) of drop out fuse assembly, necessary jumper connections of ACSR (mink), clamps all as speciifed for vertically mounting.

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 meters long) with cast iron base frame, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cost of Poles,PCC, Earth work and cross arms shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,anticlimbing devices and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

S & F of Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow, loop insulator, PCC 1:3:6, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1 .

S & F Disc type porcelain,vitreous,brown insulator of 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement pin type porcelain,vitreous,brown insulator of 150 mm height and 150 mm dia including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S&F ACSR conductor of (Weasel)6/2.59, straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpersincluding fixing on insulators on each pole in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified

Supplying, installing, connecting, commissioning and testing of transformer outdoor type step down 11/0.433 KV (at no load) with HT 3 phase and LT 3 phase 4 wire AC, 50 Hz, 100 KVA, copper wound with off load tap changing arrangment on HT side for a variation of secondary voltage +/- 7.5% in steps of +/- 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT side and HT Bushing on primery side complete in all respects with standard accessories and fitments conforming to IS 1180(Part-I):2014 (Level-2) BIS/BEE Certified and latest ECBC as specified and directed including the following:- (a) Earthing terminal and rating diagram plate. (b) Air release device. (c) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (d) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (e) Conservator with level gauge. (f) Silica gel with breather. (g) First oil fill up to the recommended level by the manufacturer with new oil conforming to IS 335. (h) Type of connection - Delta/Star. (j) Type cooling -ONAN. (k) Vector group - DYN 11. (l) Type of connecting arrangment - ACSR conductor connection on HT side and cable connection box on LT side. (m) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (n) The transformer of 100 KVA full capacity shall be designed to function properly at high altitude of appx 3500m above sea level and outside temperature conditions between -40 degree celsius to +30 degree celsius.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire of 4 mm dia connected by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including TMT reinforcement 80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and all as directed. Note for Item No 22:- (i) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto body of electrical equipment shall be including in the unit rate of this item. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

Supply and installation of 11 KV , single phase, outdoor oil cooled CT of ratio 100/5-5Amp, class 0.5/5P10, burden 15 VA to be pole mounted complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 11 KV , single phase, outdoor oil cooled PT of ratio 11 KV/rt3/110 V/rt3/110V/rt3, class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA-50 VA to be pole mounted complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning, of AC 11KV trivector meter in poly carbonate Body, Accuracy class 0.5s as per IS 14697 and ISI-5959 for communication, DLMS compliance with feature of Non Programmable CT at the site. Backlit LCD Display (Measures KwH, KvAH, V,I, KW, 6 months history of energy, load survey, TOD, Tamper detection & logging, power on/off events) having galvanically isolated optical and RS232 Port as per IS-5959 suitable to measure instaneous parameters of rating -/1A with display in absence of power. Default PT ratio : 11KV/110 Volts & CTR :1. Meter shall be supplied with meter box including necessary connections, alongwith any additional accesories required all as specified and directed Make- HPL/L&T/SECURE

Supply and installation erection commissioning and testing of main LT panel cubical out door type weather/dust proof, factory made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated (CPRI approved from make listed in Particular specificatiion) with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley and front side shutter with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including four pole aluminium bus bar 200 amps capacity including control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor and incoming/outgoing connection with aluminium bus bar complete as per manufacturer design complete, mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs and glands complete comprising the following:- MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 125 Amps, 16 KA - 01 No (Incoming) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 40 Amps, 16 KA - 04 Nos MCB SPN 40 A, 240 V - 03 Nos Ammeter 0-200 Amps, size 4"X4" digital alongwith suitable size CT's - 03 Nos (one per phase) Voltmeter 0-500 volts size 4"X4" digital -01 no LED indicator lamp (RYB) - 01 Set Note for Item No 27:- (i) contractor shall submit the drawing of LT panels and got approved from GE before fabrication. Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for and including MCCB 40Amps,16 KA ,4Pole,415V complete.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC(1:2:4)type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles etc, including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 0.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
