M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS frame and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- (i) earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS.Writing of details on the surface of the pit with paint. (ii) In case earth resistance more than 1.0 ohms, the contractor wiil re earthing at no extra cost. (iii) On testing, if the earth resistance less than specified is not obtained, earthing will be regenerated at NO EXTRA COST till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

All as per item no 20 above but GI wire 4 mm as earthing lead , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand in trenches as in cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above But size of 95 Sqmm 3.5 core nominal cross section , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above But size of 120 Sqmm 3.5 core nominal cross section, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out damaged / rusted cross arms, of MS channel or angle section etc complete and setting aside for reuse within 50 mtrs, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for sub main wiring with 2 runs of FRLS PVC insulated multistrand, copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm along with one run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable 1100 volts multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire in and including PVC conduit , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint and showing size of cable LT, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc in Hard and Dence soil & getting out for laying of cable, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any size , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F FR /PVC pole box for loop in and loop out of size 200mm x 180 mm including 3 pole and Neutral bakelite connector and one SP (6-10) MCB and necessary fixing arrangements , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out damaged / rusted GI earth wire / cradle guard, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and Taking out old LT armored XLPE cables from trenches of any size/core/any voltage grade from trenches/poles /pipes, for replacement , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Timer Switch with sensor alongwith pre-down swiching off timer( nature switche), three phase inclusive of 3-Phase load of 5kW (Swadeep-02EC-5kW3P-SPD) with: 3 nos. Contactors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm with, operating illumination level for switching ON should be less than 60 lux for 30 seconds and for switching off must be greater than 10 lux for 30 seconds, multiple option switch for automatic and manual operations, capable to handle lightning load up to 5 KW per phase, including Power contactor capacity 25 Amp conforms to IEC 60947-4-1, IS 13947-4-1 completely enclosed with plastic body panel conforming to IP 66 degree of protection , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm Cum thick, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete of any size and type from exisiting site , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG Cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
