Supply and laying,jointing & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade laid in trenches,ducts,drawn through pipes across the road/path/along poles/floors/equipment etc of size 16 sqmm 4 core

Supply installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel outdoor kiosk type factory made of angle iron 65mmx 65mmx 6mm on all side welded to 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer compartment and 2.0 mm thick for inner compartment with openable shutteron both sides ( front and rear) , having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof outdoor spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz with Copper bas bar of capacity 250 Amps AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted with following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge. (Note:- LT panel shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item & width of the panel not less than 75 cm) . S & F in replacement of existing UNSV HPSV/LED fitting with LED street light fittings 45 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant , IP 65 protection complete with driver,lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of street light fittings any type on pole to find out defect /taking out UNSV parts such as driver and repairing by changing the defective parts including minor repairs to cable connection all as speciifed and directed. Note: (i) Minor items like wires themble shall be included inthe qouted rate ii) The T & P Vehicles and necessary ladders etc will be arrange by the contractor and the cost deemed to be inlcuded in the quoted rates. (iii) Major items like LED driver , SPDs shall be measured and paid seperately as per relevent item in the schedule .

M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/roof on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for lightning arrestors /loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip incl necessary nut bolt washers and connecting screws complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or hosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete including necessary cement work and painting to match with the existing surface

M&L for removing HT/LT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and restretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag,binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the HT overhead line after completion as directed.(Note: Three/four runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping padestal to poles/support pedestrial of LA including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straining properly on insulators with and including aluminium tape/winding wire, clamps & jumpers etc. complete all as specified. Note : 3% for sag shall be added in measurement .

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacing LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two gavanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacing Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator working voltage 1100 volt, height 75 mm and dia 90mm including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, of size

S&F in repair stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 and diameter of stay rod 16 mm (loop type insulator,stay clamps,excavation and concrete measured separately).

M & L for changing the locks and refixing the doors of LT panels by welding and painting the outer surface of panel complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting from circuit/bus bar LT and taking out cables for extension of loop/passing through pipe reconnection with circuit and tightening of connections complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable changeover any size & capacity with changeover 4 pole 100 Amps with side handle operated including minor additional/alternation as required at site for fixing and connecting up of changeover all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT,25x20 cm in size.

Supply and fixing G I tubing 40 mm dia light grade galvanised with all fittting and fixed fix on wall ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and direceted at site .

M&L for replacing 3 core copper flexible cable 2.5 sqmm PVC un-sheathed FRLS complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacing LT cable junction boxes out of polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced and size not less than 104x104x70 mm ( cable size upto 4 sqmm ) . The polycarbonate junction box shall be environmental friendly , recyclable , halogen and sylicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive with IP rating IP 67/69 in accordance with IEC 60529 weather proof UV resistant , rain water proof and temparature resistant . The gasket material of junction box shall be polyurethane and internally embedded. The junction box comprises of DIN rail and terminal for 3 phase . The degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 incl 5 pole terminals comany fitted and chromium plated clamps complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replace unsv PVC heavy duty conduit 25 mm size for fixing on strret light pole from junction box to security light fitting with proper MS clamps (03 Nos) of suitable size with nut bolt and washers for supporting with pole including PVC copper wire multistranded 1.5 sqmm (02 run) from junction box to connector of security light all fixing accessories such as nuts , bolts and wshers complete all as specified and directed . Note: One run of PVC conduit with MS clamp, 02 run of copper wire will be measured as one unit run

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps 36 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing Moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) 4 pole 125A , 50 Hz 16KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.
