Material and labour for 25mm thick torch flamed, Anti skid,roughened one side,plain on other side red granite slab of approx. size 2.60 x 0.90 mtr or as specified and as per design and site requirements, as in pathways,connecting ways in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in cement (1:2) using pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub -floors, sub- bases ,floors and pavings, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite slab (Grey or black colour) work approx. size 2.60 x 0.90 mtr /3.00 x 1.00 mtr as specified as per design and site requirements, (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite (Etching/writing on stone is not included in scope) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Material and labour for stone walling random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately )

Demolition of cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforcement cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks, string courses, copings, kneekers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts,boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle, blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders, corbels brackets, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc all as specified.

Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered/pointed surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc , rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to edges of concrete flats and similar work exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm wide rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone washing/ roughening/ removing painting and matching to the texture of existing stone surfaces by using suitable mechanical instrument and materials / chemical as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe, cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand for protection of cables in trenches, with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Material and labour for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated round flexible copper conductor cable 4.0 sqmm 2 core copper conductor 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP66 with integrated membrane for cable entry compitable for 4.0 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix IP 65 Thermoplastic PS polystyrene weatherproof MCB Box suitable for any makes MCBs, for 3 Way ( 3 MCB's SP Cut ) with neutal and earthing terminals , multi - level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. Double door with IP-65 protection single phase 240 volts, including neutral link fixed flush concealed in wall including taking out old DB's and chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall/surfaces to match with existing specification. The MCB box shall fulfill the following technical features: • for the installation of DIN rail equipment up to 63 A, top hat profile 35 mm • with transparent lid, sealable • locking device for hinged lid and sealing facility see accessories • with cable entry cover • protective cover can be cut out • colour: grey, RAL 7035standards The MCB box shall fulfill the following standards: Weatherproof : Rainwater proof, temperature resistant, IP65 IEC 60670-24 : Particular requirements for connecting boxes and enclosures. IEC 60695 – 2 – 11 : Flame – retardant & Self-extinguishing. Glow Wire tested at minimum 750 deg C. IEC 60529 : IP 65 degree of protection. Supply and fix of MCB SPN 63 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.
