M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size,quality or description) from wooden frames metal frames or stone,concrete or brick surrounds,glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Suface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in hard/dence soil.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil

Excavation over area exc 1.50m but n.exc 3.00m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil

Supply & fixing 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screw, clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turnning up, mitred angle etc as required complete all as specified

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor 2 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts, clamps and accessories complete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of post top lantern LED 45W 220v, 50Hz, IP65 including inbuilt high efficent electronic driver & grouting of GI tubing of dia, including GI tubing length as per requirement on gate pillars for fixing the lamp, wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated standed copper conductor in and including concealed conduit on gate piller and conectting the lights with the nearest street light feeders/switch control as per site requirment all as specified and directed . Supplying and laying as in repairs GI tubing medium grade incl all accessories for passing of cables for mechanical proctection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall / floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends / sockets / reducers / saddles incl necessary threading / drilling works complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for LT UG cable 3.5 core x 120 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete for the following sizes including taking down existing LT UG cable of any size at site all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Excavation ,RFR, and protection pipe etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule (b) Rate quoted deemed to include for cutting and removing of defective joints where required as directed.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, ingress protection class (IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel, Angle iron frame work made out of 40 X 40 X 5 mm), front and rear opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR wire of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. Supply & fixing in replacement of CI LT cable route indicator of size 125 MM dia , thickness 8mm with MS angle height 0.6 M with embosed letters "LT CABLE" and embedded in PCC 1 :3:6 (150 x150 x150 mm) Type B2 including earth work complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip 32×6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. GI Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip 32x6 mm. (b) Watering pipe GI medium grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (MS Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 26,690.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
