M&L for un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I, flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C–2 (using 40 mm crushed graded stone aggregate/as in foundation for stay and necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using stone aggregate 20mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces and coping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 55 (11 mtr long ) with Mild Steel base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6 mm thick continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug ,bolts ,nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminious paint internally throughout and externally for embedded position and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the ground and making 30cm wide strip with ed and White paint including numbering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 of SSR – 2009 Part –I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (Loop type insulator excavation , stay clamp, nuts, bolts, washers and concrete to be measured and paid separately.

S&F, loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm and clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminum conductor steel reinforced of any size, straining properly on insulators and binding on new HT/LT poles with and incl 02mm dia aluminium binding wire all as specified & directed. Note : The 3% for sag, joints & jumpers shall be added in measurements. (a) 1 of 6/1x2.59mm (Weasel)

Galvanised steel earth wire of 4mm dia with hooks, , streching kinks and bends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pin Insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanized mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 150 mm height , 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Disc type Porcelain Insulator, vitreous brown , large size with overall dimension 145x255 mm clearence of hole 25.5 mm ,working pressure 11000 volts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports clamps & back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick and size not be less than 25x20 cm, made of mild steel sheet, vitreous white enamelled, with letters i.e. "DANGER 11000 VOLTS" (in English As well as in HINDI ) and conventional skull and bones signal in red colour and fixed with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Anti-Climbing device spike type fabricated out of MS bars ( round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts and washers and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, bolts ,washers and connected with GI earth wire of 4mm dia, with and incl complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Air break gang operated switches of any type (horizontal or vertical type), triple pole, mechnically operated, mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for current rating 200 Amps suitable for 11000 volt , 50 Hz with and incl 12 nos insulator and drop out fuse carrier element, with and incl complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down Copper Wound, outdoor type 11 KV on HT side and 433 Volts, 3 ph & 4 wire on LT side complate with standard fittings / accessories gauges and first fill of oil, of capacity 160 KVA Level 3 with tapping on HT side to vary the secondary voltage by ±7.5% in step of ±2.5% complete with electrical connections on HT & LT side including all the accessories/fittings as mentioned in SSR Part - I Para 19.14.1.1 to 19.14.2.2 and confirming to IS-2026 or latest & EEL-III (Star -3), duly installed on PCC platform, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : PCC platform will be measured separately. The following Items included as under :- (a) Earthing terminal and rating diagram plate. (b) Air release device (c) Oil Filling inlet pipe with plug. (d) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (e) Conservator with level gauge. (f) Silica gel with breather. (g) First oil fill up to the recommended level by the manufacturer with new oil confirming to IS 335. (h) Type of connector - Star/Delta (j) Type of Cooling - ONAN (k) Vector Group- DYN 11 (l) Type of connecting arrangement - ACSR conductor connection on HT side and cable connection box on LT side (m) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (n) Oil and winding alarm and trip relay including marshal box. (o) The transformer of 160 KVA full capacity shall be designed to fuction properly at high altittute of appx 4500 M above sea level and outside temperature conditions between -45 degree celcius to +30 Degree celcius. (p) Factory inspection shall be carried out for transformer.

Supply jointing and testing outdoor type cable end termination joint (Heat shrinkable) suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 50 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
