M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables using new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete, punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed Note : Punned thickness of 18cms shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast factory made concreate cable covers, class LV type-I, with flat size 250X150x40 mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade 40 mm fixed on walls/ poles/laid in trenches as cable protection all as directed and specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as perconditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of MCB DB/TPN any type including MCB SP/SPN and making good of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Screw used for fixing TW baords, casing and caping ceiling rose, square blocks etc should be nickel cadmium screws.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 2,09,869.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
