M&L for dismantling carefully CHS pump and motor assembly up to 7.5 HP for repair/replacement and remove the broken impeller and worn out nuts/bolts washer's complete incl rewinding removal of burnt winding for field and stator, rewinding the same with super enamel copper conductor of existing gauge varnishing, heating, baking complete with re-assembling all the dismantled component to its original position with testing, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and removal of burner assembly of capacity 600000 kcal/hr, cleaning of Ecoflame burner for de-carbonized/deposited on combustion tank/blast tube with cleaning acid and fixing of burner nozzle for smooth functioning and re-assembling burner and fixed to its original position with testing , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and removal of burner assembly 50000 kcal/hr, cleaning of Ecoflame burner for de-carbonized/deposited on combustion tank/blast tube with cleaning acid and fixing of burner nozzle for smooth functioning and re-assembling burner and fixed to its original position with testing , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of burner nozzle and calibration at require temperature and pressure for proper fuel automisation incl setting for correct mixing ratio of fuel and air for proper combustion of fuel with base mounting unit, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Ecoflame or Equivalent as approved

M&L for disconnecting hot water inlet & outlet of glycol base storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs draining out complete old water cleaning, removal of sludge acculated by scraping out, washing with scalent/acid for properly cleaning and welding wherever necessary to arrest leakages with re-assembling the disconnected pipes to original position and filling water including refilling/ charging of glycol (monoethylene glycol) MEG concentrate along with necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition and mixed in ratio 40% (glycol concentrate) 60 % of water and the freezing temperature of mixture shall be -40 degree centigrade, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Monoethylene glycol will be measeured and paid seperately)

M & L for taking out exisitng squirrel cage motor of capacity 20 HP with pulley fron its exisitng position transportation ot civil workshop for rewinding including all the material requried and transporting back and fixng in its original position making electrical connectionand fixing fan belt and making it operatonal complete all a specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S & F fan belt inrepair of AHU of capacity 10000 CFM , V-belt, belt number B1745 Lp/ B 67 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, mixing and filling of mono ethylene Glycol concentrate along with necessary additives and inhibitor in congnition and sealed in barrels. The mixture freezing tempreture shall be (-) 35°C, all as specified. The mode of payment and operation involved for this item shall be as under:- Note: (a) Mono Ethylene Glycol in concentrated from shall only be measured and paid under this item. (b) Material and labour for mixing, filling, preparation fo Gylocol Charge to get total quantity of mixture including first filling required for operation of CHS plant and network having 40% quantity of treated water available at site and 60% of mono ethylene glycol supplied as above to attain the freezing temperature of mixture as (-) 35°C. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the above activity/work. (c) The water for preparation of mixture will be supplied by MES without any extra charges for this item (only). The water shall be supplied at a point decided by GE and quoted rates shall deemed to be included for transportation of same from the take off point. (d) Any other additives and inhibitors as per the requirement laid down in relevat IS shall also deemed to included in quoted rates. (e) Empty barrels shall be the property of contractor. M& L for Lagging of MS Pipes with 30 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAPON pipe sections of Density 144Kg/Cum confirming to IS 9842 wrapped with chicken mesh wire netting 26 Gauge , 20 mm mesh including cladding with Aluminium foil 0.50 mm complete over 25 MM Pipe all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L for Lagging of MS Pipes with 30 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAPON pipe sections of Density 144Kg/Cum confirming to IS 9842 wrapped with chicken mesh wire netting 26 Gauge , 20 mm mesh including cladding with Aluminium foil 0.50 mm complete over 65 MM Pipe all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L for Lagging of MS Pipes with 40 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAPON pipe sections of Density 144Kg/Cum confirming to IS 9842 wrapped with chicken mesh wire netting 26 Gauge , 20 mm mesh including cladding with Aluminium foil 0.50 mm complete over 80 MM Pipe all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Cleaning of AHU of Capacity 35000 CFM, removing of filter cleaning with blower , tightening all loose screws and fixing new canvas cloth if the old cloth is torn and refixing the Filters in original position all to the satistaction of Engr in Charge

M & L for Cleaning of AHU of Capacity 10000 CFM, removing of filter cleaning with blower , tightening all loose screws and fixing new canvas cloth if the old cloth is torn and refixing the Filters in original position all to the satistaction of Engr in Charge

M&L for in repair / replacment PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor 6 Sqmm 3 core , 1100 volt light grade laid in trenchs/surface/passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia fitted in centeral heating system or as required complete all as specified.

S&F in repair butterfly valve of size 80 mm dia fitted in centeral heating system or as required complete all as specified.

S&F in repair butterfly valve o of size 65 mm dia fitted in centeral heating system or as required complete all as specified.

S&F in repair butterfly valve ofsize 50 mm dia fitted in centeral heating system or as required complete all as specified.

Attending to complaints for maintenece and repair of Boiler/ Motor/ Starter/ AHU of any type and any specification or any accessories related to Central Heating system of any description, any location . Rectifying the same after necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts including rectifying the same as per directions of concerned JE E/M and Engr in Charge. Note (i) T&P required at site shall be deemed to be included in item rate (ii) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately

Note : The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1.00 to 30.00 ) is meant for maint of senstive instalaltion at AF Stn Thoise under GE(AF) Thoise. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of CHS in the AF station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
