Design, Fabrication, Erection and construction of building for Plant room as per architectural Drawings and structural drawings designed by the bidder based on input data as provided in the tender documents and as per specification including as per note given below:- Note:- (A) Super structure in steel strcture as per IS 800 and IS 1893-2016 with limit state method using LGSF member confirming to IS standard with RCC foundation Shallow or deep foundation based on the safe bearing capacity (SBC) of the soil as and the structure load as per design criteria specified. (B) Reinforced Cement Concrete - M-30 Design mix and Reinforcement steel of grade Fe-550 D TMT bars.(c) Floor/ Deck slab shall be of GI profiled sheet of thickness as per design with RCC laid over it. (D) Internal and external wall, except for bathroom and toilet area as shown in shall be of minimum 140 mm thick composed of LGSF member with surface as specified. Space between surface shall be filled with Rockwool insulation of minimum 50 mm thickness of density 48 kg/cum. Bathroom and toilet wall shall be in PCC block as shown. (E) The detail design and construction shall also include design of internal water supply scheme and sanitary plumbing scheme and supply and fixing of fitting and fixture as specified. (F) The design and construction shall cater for provision of services such as internal water supply, sanitary plumbing wks etc.(G) Confirmatory SBC test as per IS provisions (H) Finish of building as per schedule of finish. Any missing details of finish shall be as per manufracturers guideline and as approved by GE.

Design, Fabrication Erection and construction of Over Head water tank of capacity 50000 Litre with staging at 12 Meter. The tank shall be made of GRP panel as per IS 14399 Part- I & II. It should be corrosion resistent chemical resistent, electrical resistent UV stability, light weight higher strength to wieght ratio, fire retardent and tailor made, the bottom and side of panel made of concave shape, panel shoud have following properties : (A) Tensile strength should be minmum 70 MPA (B) bending strength should be minimum 100 MPA (C) Elastic modulus in bend should be minimum 6000 MPA (d) glass contain (%) maximum 0.5 %. The staging shall be structural steel as per IS 800 design with limit state method with RCC in M-30 design Mix concrete and reinforced steel confirming to Fe 550 D TMT complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(b) Pressure jet burner : Highly efficient with low noice, Suitable for light oil firing with stepless modulation mechansim all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity. (c) Combusion air fan with drive motor assembly all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity. (d) Control Panel: Dust protected control panel made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet finished with baked enamel paint, prewired with main incommer, indicator lights, hours meter, relay, fault uindicating lights such as high temp of water, burner trip at high temprature of flue gasses with audio audio alarm , burner management system, switchgear consisting of contractor overload relays, fuses and MCBs etc, all as per manufactures desig and of required capacity. (e) Circulating pumps. Centrifugal water circulating pumps suitable for high temperature operation coupled with electric motor drive, mounted on common base frame all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity. ( Capacity of pump should not be less than 2 HP ) (f) Fuel Pump: Fuel pump with drive motor assembly all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity.

(g) Oil Line: With duplex filters on fuel line at the inlet of fuel pump. Y strainer on fuel line between fuel pump and burner, non return valve on fuel pump outlet and bypass line, non return valve on modulation and circulation line, fuel oil regulation valves for burner modulation, burner solenoied valve, fule oil pressure gauge at burner inlet, fuel pressure gauge on bypass line etc all as per manufacture design and required heat and capcity. (h) Burner ( monoblock) with high efficiency programmed with matching flame sensor with On/Off ( one stage) control cpmplete all as specified and as recommended by OEM ). (j) Hooter mounted on control panel for auidible safety alarm all as per manufacture design NOTE:-1. All interconnections of water lines between storage tank , boiler units, fuel lines interconnection including necessary fittings/ accessories with in plant room is deemed to be included in scope of work and dimension of all parts are as per recommendation of approved OEM. 2. Before starting the work contractor will submitt the complete drawing /design and technical specification /data of Govt/ Public Sector approved OEM for approval of GE / Accepting Officer 3.The water storage meter shall meet all the relevant IS provisions/ extant codal provisions. Suitable safety arrangement shall be provided for safe operation of the equipment. 4. Anything missed above but technically requires for efficient operation is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 5. PCC foundation as per the manufacturer specifications shall be provided and the rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, testing and commissioning of outdoor weather & dust vermin proof L.T. Panel board factory fabricated indoor cubicle type of size ________totally enclosed with outer sheel shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalised inner shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick sheet. The panel must be designed and verified as per the IS/ IEC 61439-01 &02 with complete type test certificate for confirmentce to IS/ EIC 61439-1 and 2, with internal arc containment fault level of 65 KA/03 Sec and shall be suitable for Seismeic Zone III/IV Zone including the type test conducted at ERDA/ CPRI for seimic test. Material & Labour for LT Cable junction box outdoor shall be made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size 205mm x 255mm x 112 mm (the cable size upto 25 sqmm). The polycarbonate junction box shall be environmental friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof, UV resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998. The Junction Box with 25Amp Connectors or Terminal Trip or Bus Bar. The Junction Box / Enclosure shall be tested as per IEC including one No. 4 pole connector and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts, cable glands with lock nuts of 2 Nos for each box all as per manufacturer’s instructions and specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
