M&L for 2nd class soft wood fillets sectional area exc 3 sqcm and n exc 6 sqcm rectangular or triangular in section but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge of face, secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L SDC laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured manufactured by direct pressure laminated (DPL) wherein the empty abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with duble click locking system on the length and single locking width along with desire locking strength complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of chowkats with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised glazed door powder coated complete with shutter size style top rail and lock rail 83x44x2 mm thick and door frame size 63 x 44 x 2 mm including aluminium mogry fittings, handle, lock and glazing with 5.5 mm thickj tinted glass / 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board complete including rubber lining at sides for air locking with & incl floor spring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 mm thick Multi layer waterproof plywood fixed with screws to timber frame work both sides covered with 0.80mm thick decorative laminates, "Mica"( mica to be paid separately) type 1 of surface finished , colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive as per makers instructions complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Auto hinges for cabinet case complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F 150 mm size stainless steel bright finish handle for cabinet shutter complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L in repair sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia size incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-In-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of conduit & accessories is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The two run of 2.5 Sqmm wire and one run of 1.5 Sqmm wire will be measured as one unit.

Returning filling incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L in replacement un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
