S & F in replacement of electronic ballast 36/40 watt of surface mounting floursent tube light fitting 1 x36/40 watt and inculding making necessary electric connection from ceiling rose to fitting terminal,by 23/0.0076 copper flexible wire complete all as specified and directed as per Cat part No Planet N of crompton or equivalent make as mentioned in particular specification

S&F in replacement of Distribution Board, double Door, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, SPN 08 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, C Curve type, 10 kA, 32 to 63 Amp, SPN with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, C Curve type, 10 kA, 6 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl one run 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 15 mm dia size incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of concealed conduit & accessories is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The two run of 4 Sqmm main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire will be measured as one unit.

All as per srl item no. 32 here-in-before but with two run of 2.5 sq mm FR copper wire with one run 2.5 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

S&F,casing -capping of size 25 mm medium grade, ISI marked, incl all accessories & fittings fixed on wall or ceiling complete all as specified and as directed (casing - capping 3 metre length each piece ) .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore (7.5 m long) including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to CBDB’s as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
