Pin type composite / polymer brown insulator incl one galvanised MS spindle, two washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9 m long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm high and 150 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disc type insulator composite/polymer one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing surfaces of Two pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint and writing "HT" and Pole No in black paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge.

Cleaning the extend exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9 Mtr long including with cross arms, brackets clamps etc and painting complete ( Except embedded portion) including all MS work mounted on pole, earth potection with two coat of aluminium paint and with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow straps 30 cm wide each up to 1.5m hight) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified with painting of top of pole with silver paint. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole, along Transformer cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

Supply and fix in repair end termination joint 11 KV Outdoor type, end termination heat shrinkable of size 3x 95 sqmm including thimbling, nut/bolts & washers, HV insulating tape etc., complete all as specified and as directed and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly complete incl demolition of plain cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Unit rate of this item includes the loose/disconnect the all accessories which are connected to stay assy includng necessary excavation as directed. (ii) Existing stay assy are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubular pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 incl GI Adjustable Stay Rod of 20 mm Dia, GI Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, loop type insulator, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earthwork, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Supply and fix in replacement of lightning Arrestor Expulsion type Transmission Class 65 Kilo Amps 11000 V Grade including connecting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting HT & LT side cables of follwing indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 100 KVA and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on two pole/four pole structure and taking down the transformer manually/using mechanical means and lifting loading and transportation to MES store yard/site to civil workshop for repair and opening of covers,draining out existing transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover ,lifting of core,cleaning of oil tank and checking any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank,using chemicals,cleaning of core after removing HT/LT winding,re-assembling of new HT/LT windings with core varnishing heating and bringing back the same after repairs to the same point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note-(i) Rewiding of HT/LT coil any type/material,dehydration of transformer oil etc.will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of the schedule. (ii) Spare part shall be measured and paid seperately and cost of fixing and connection of spare shall be deemend to included in the quoted rate of the above items.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable HT/LT coil removing insulation complete by brushing coil,cleaning the the inner body complete making free from dist and dirt, all impurities, applying paper insulation(IS specified) of transformer complete of capacity 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-winding of HT coils with super enemelled best quality copper wire of existing guage with superior quality insulation material for transformer of capacity 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-winding of LT coils with super enemelled best quality copper wire of existing guage with superior quality insulation material for transformer of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnection of Transformer from HT/LT side at site, dehydration and filtration of the transformer oil with the help of oil filtration plant of any capacity of distribution transformer indoor/outdoor type 11/0.433 KV. Notes :- a) The unit of payment under this item shall be for the oil required for all process to entire completion of the job. b) New oil required for topping up before dehydration & filtration shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. c) The dielectric strength of oil shall not be less than 45 KV when maintained a gap of 3mm for one minute all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. d) All T & P required for dehydration shall be arranged by the contractor at his own.

Supply and filling new transformer oil for Top up of superior quality conforming to IS 335:93 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : POWER OIL/SAVITA/CASTROL Note : (i) The dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 45 KV when maintained a gap of 3mm for one minute complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Contractor shall bring the transformer oil in sealed container and after use of oil, container shall be property of contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account..

Supply and fixing in replacement of oil drain valve cast copper alloy any dia suitable for upto 200 KVA transformer outdoor type 11KV / 433V of existing make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT bushing assembly complete with insulator, brass stud rod, nuts, washers, gasket etc as per matching to existing complete with accessories suitable for upto 100 KVA transformer indoor/outdoor 11KV / 433V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT bushing assembly complete with insulator, brass stud rod, nuts, washers, gasket etc as per matching to existing complete with accessories suitable for upto 100 KVA transformer indoor/outdoor 11KV / 433V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Silica breather assembly including silica gel filled complete set suitable for 100 KVA transformer outdoor 11KV / 433V of existing make and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Spray painting outer surface of transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scraping, removing, washing and cleaning of old paint, upto 200 KVA transformer 11KV / 433V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT danger notice plate of 25cm x 20 cm x 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of required complete all as directed. (Note : Letters and Nos shall be in local language, Hindi and English)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Three Phase potential transformer suitable for 11 KV/415 V , 100KVA transformer of any make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 350A, rupturing capacity 36 KA, 415 volts 4 pole adjustable type, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 250A, rupturing capacity 36 KA, 415 volts 4 pole adjustable type, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 160A, rupturing capacity 36 KA, 415 volts 4 pole adjustable type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 125A, rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 volts 4 pole adjustable type, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip 32×6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. GI Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip 32x6 mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (MS Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

Re-stretching the existing over head line consisting of 5/4/3 conductors of any size using Mechanical tool and one GI wire after removing serviceable/unserviceable separators carefully including opening and reconnecting of jumpers binding conductor over the insulator properly with the help of binding wire 14 SWG and re-fixing separators in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 50,293.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
