Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer each not exc. 25 cm thick in a soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid Flat in trenches over the cable with length 250mm perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for in repair / replacment Mild steel bands, straps, including bolts, if required: clamps for house brackets for mounting street/ security light fittings; ties; hooks for hanging fans;and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Attanding day to day complaints for maintenance and repair of street/ perimeter security light fittings of any type and any specifications or any accessories related to security light fittings of any descriptions, fitted/ fixed on poles, buildings or watching towers of any heights and any location, and re-fixing the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of defective parts including rectifying the same as per directions by concerned JE E/M and Engineer-In-Charge, at various locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of T&P, ladder or mechanical lift shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (ii) Supply of spare parts of light fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1 to 27 ) is meant for maint of senstive security and street light in AF Stn Thoise under GE(AF ) Thoise. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of Security and street light in the AF station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
