Material & labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 25 mm x 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel of size 600x600x6 mm, supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade all as shown in drawing. Note : (a) GI earth Strip will be measured and paid separately beyond 7.5 Mtr length, the rates of funnel with GI pipe for watering is deemed to be included in this item.

Material & labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete including necessary form work.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with pole arms 1.2 m & cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( NOTE- Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately) .

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fix FRP type looping box 100x100mm including necessary arrangements to fix looping box with the suitable nuts, bolts washers flat iron etc comprising of one MCB 5 to 30 Amps 10 KA, C series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of tubes light grade of size 80 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repairs on load change over of 160 Amp with enclosure complete all as specified and directed.
